Pure Scam!

Pure Scam!
The publish in advance tariffs for the next month for variable contract. On the website they they publish daily, weekly and monthly usage, but the price calculation according to pre-published tariffs of usage is since recently wiped, so they do not commit to their own tariffs according contract. I understand why they were recently heavily fined!

Scammers, no transparency, incompetent!

Saying that they recalculate the usage of the year but no answers after all. Coming up with a thousands of euros charge, as if I live in a castle with jacuzzi. No customer support, no solutions, only high fees and fines. Scammers, fraudulent supplier, not transparent, and incompetent!!!

The worst internet provide in the country

It took me more than two months to connect NLE internet at home where I already had Ziggo working just fine before it. Wish I would have just stayed with them. Not to mention hours spent waiting for their customer support to pick the phone.

Snakesss!!

Do not sign with NLE and do not trust ANY independent energy collective because they work for this and any other major energy company. They offer you one thing and then change it to something else. And when you try to call them, they never, ever, ever answer. That is the first sign of a scam. Then you text, msn, Twitter. And then send you a prepared response,”That you had 14 days change everything. So you get in contact with the “Independent energy collective” and they say the same. You ask for a copy of the whole recorded conversation and I still haven’t heard anything yet. 😡
