FAKE STOCK LEVELS & LISTED ITEMS - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I had an absolutely terrible experience trying to buy a Wahl Vanish foil shaver from this company, and I strongly advise others to avoid them.

First, I called to check stock for the Wahl Vanish. The woman who answered said she’d check and then just hung up on me. When I called back, she immediately said no stock—without any explanation. I asked what they did have in stock, and she vaguely told me to “come to the store.” No address clarification, no helpful details.

I drove 40 minutes to their listed location, only to discover the shop had been burnt down! When I called her back, she casually told me to drive another 15 minutes to a different place. She could have mentioned this earlier or directed me properly from the start, but communication was nonexistent.

The second location wasn’t a proper retail shop, it was more like a shady storage warehouse. I was greeted by a guy who led me inside, where about 8 people were casually sitting around a table eating? I was baffled at this point. Behind them was a small stock area. It immediately felt off, especially after reading other reviews mentioning they list products online they don’t actually have in stock. That turned out to be true here too.
I found a shaver, but the guy quoted £120—despite it clearly being listed at £91 on their own website. I showed him the price multiple times and refused to pay more. He eventually dropped to £99, but I insisted on £91. While waiting to pay, I opened the box to inspect it.

The seller had no idea how the product even worked and nearly broke the trimmer head while fumbling with it clueless and careless.
An Indian girl working there followed me around the entire time like a good little dog, to the point she was physically blocking the shelf I needed to access. I had to ask her to move so I could see the products.

I left extremely unhappy and even took the shaver straight to my barber to verify it wasn’t fake. Thankfully, it seems genuine, but the whole ordeal was ridiculous—poor customer service, misleading stock listings, overpricing attempts, unprofessional environment, and zero accountability.

Save yourself the hassle and buy from a reputable retailer with actual shops and proper support. This place feels fraudulent and not worth the risk.

Don't waste your money buying from NM Beauty Supply

I get the impression that some, if not most of the items on NM Beauty Supply's website doesn't exist?
BUYERS BEWARE, NM Beauty Supply is not reliable supplier to buy from, who cannot be trusted to honour their word.

no response to return request by multiple methods

the item I ordered was damaged in transit. opened a return on the website straight away but didn't get any response. I then sent messages while logged in on the website, by two contact forms and even Instagram and still got no response at all. opened a case with PayPal and even that hasn't been responded to. very strange.

No dispatch.. No delivery

Ordered from Gisou.com and this lot must be the UK suppliers. Paid £55 on 3rd December. Gisou claim delivery or certainly shipping within 1-2 working days. Absolutely no sign of despatch or shipping on the tracking available now 8 days down the line (10 days tomorrow)! This is a present for my granddaughter and I cannot rely on her receiving it in time, if at all. Fake reviews according to Trustpilot... See note at the top of reviews shown!

I’m very disappointed in the customer…

I’m very disappointed in the customer service.

It’s been a week, and I have not received my order, neither have they even decide to respond to my messages on on buy.

I want a refund, and yet I’ve got no response, even an update when my order will come they haven’t responded

I do not recommend

I wouldn’t give them any stars but…

I wouldn’t give them any stars but couldn’t leave a comment without, I have not received the goods, I have emailed but no reply, I rung and was told that they would check and get back to me but they never did, now when I call my call just goes to voicemail then cuts off, I am very disappointed I wouldn’t mind a delay in delivery if they would just communicate with me.
