Brought item however, I waited over two weeks for delivery. I then contacted them by phone explained the situation, I was then told someone will call back with an update, this didn't happen. I called back the following day found it really difficult explaining the situation. I was then told that the item had been lost in the post. Refund then issued....the whole experience wasn't straightforward...

Been over a wk since I placed my order…
Been over a wk since I placed my order and still not received, messages are being ignored and when I got through on the phone was told they were gonna contact courier and would call back in 10 mins but still waiting and receiving emails asking me to review the product I haven’t got and another asking how many stars I would give their company.I’ve clicked 1 because I couldn’t go any lower
