Very easy to buy euros, ordered them in the afternoon, came the next day, special delivery, you have to spend £500 and above to get special delivery. Definitely use this company again

Have used nmmoney a few times and always have had first class experience.

This is the second in less than two years that I have to complain about the poor customer service delivered on a Sunday, at the Ilford branch of NM.

What is the point of selecting a collection day, only for the staff to either not attend or arrive late and with a "not my problem attitude" or apology for the tardiness.

I went to collect a EuroChange order from NM Money in Farnborough, and the sales assistant told me the system was down and to come back in 10 mins. I came back after 20mins, and was told my order hadn't been paid for. When I provided proof: emails, bank transaction ref, etc she got defensive. What she should have said was, there were system issues and she couldn't see the status of the order, but she would phone customer service and sort it out, not that the order hadn't been paid for. Using excusatory language isn't a good way to start to try and solve a problem, which isn't the customers fault. After phoning customer service and confirming the order had been paid for, she completed the paperwork, and handed over the money. There was no apology for the earlier accusation, but a very sarcastic 'have a fantastic day' comment, which was clearly intended for her colleague to hear. This sales assistant needs to be less sarcastic and dramatically improve her customer service skills. I'll definitely go elsewhere next time.

We obviously compared the exchange rate with several companies and NM Money, along with 2 others, offered the best rate. Usually we would head into town to buy our Euros but we decided to buy online and have them delivered. The order was placed on Tuesday evening and we selected Thursday for delivery. NM Money informed us of the current state of our order, which had a guaranteed delivery before 1.00 pm today. Our Euros were delivered at 9.30 am. The whole process was straightforward and we'd have no hesitation in recommending NM Money.

Used this euro exchange for the first time. Very impressed with how simple and efficient it is to use.
