I am on a subscription and it is 1 month ago they charge me and they haven't started shipping yet. I know that they will not ship it to me, because I had to contact them every time to get my product.

I live in Sweden.

I trust that the NMN I buy is good.

Edit: If you contact them they are fairly fast to get back, but you have to do that.

Beware -- they DO NOT HAVE AN ORGANIZED COMPANY AND FAILED TWICE TO EVEN SHIP MY ORDER -- WAITED 2 WEEKS FOR NOTHING.

No correspondence or tracking number ever given.

Emailed them Aug 29.
Received reply about delay and that they promised it would arrive by Sept 2 before my trip.

They emailed my order was not even shipped Sept 2.

I'd take a pass on them until trust pilot shows that they have their logistics in order.

I ordered a 500 MG bottle, I received a 250 MG bottle. So dar nothing back from support

The order site is confusing. I thought I had set up repeat orders but apparently not. Taking the pills is an act of faith. I'm still here we wont know whether the pills do what they say until I dont get sick and dont die

I love these products, definitely see the difference as a ex athlete at 35 who has gained weight it has improved and helped me physically get thru cardio workouts as well as my body just feels more energized.

I did not notice any changes. It didn't make any difference to my energy levels whatsoever.

I bought an NMN product from a different company a couple of months ago and was disappointed for a variety of reasons including negative impact on sleep and no effect on energy levels. I swapped to NMN Bio a month ago and noticed the difference within 2 weeks! The first company only permitted review immediately after purchase but it was not possible to comment on its effect so soon after taking that product; unfortunately, I was no longer able to review afterwards! Be careful of other companies on the web; I can seriously recommend NMN Bio as it has made a difference as shared by many others.

Good service, fast delivery, I've now gone through 1 bottle of 250ml nmn and a quarter of a 500ml bottle and i am not sure if it's working for me or not because i don't feel any different, will finish my 500ml bottle and let you know if anything has changed, its also expensive.

I became interested in NMN two years ago when I heard an interview with David Sinclair about NMN. At that moment I didn't buy this peels. I dont know why..just i didnt ;D But in december 2021 I got sick with covid and my physical condition was not in a good shape. I contacted them after 3 days and explained this to them and I received a reply from a Doctor to “ take the NMN with food and that I couldn’t return the product since it was opened. According to research that I have read, the NMN breaks down in stomach acid and so rendering most of it ineffective. So because their 100% guarantee means opened products can’t be returned, this doctor recommends taking when the stomach acids will neutralize most of the NMN because the stomach acids are the highest after we eat. FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER FOR YOUR NMN.

Now you imply that I am attempting to take advantage of you when I am trying to get a fair result from my purchase. The research that I have read indicates taking NMN on an empty stomach provides the best bioavailability, as your recommendation on the label indicates. Your label states “ For best results, take 1 capsule on an empty stomach, preferably an hour before breakfast.” Now you are saying the opposite of your own label. Research has shown best bioavailability of NMN is with an empty stomach, LIPO technology is being researched and found to be effective on empty and with meals. Your ethics are questionable and you try to compare apples and oranges to justify your business practices. Personally I would rather deal with an ethical company. Hope potential customers realize how you conduct business and find more ethical suppliers. I have found a better source for NMN and other supplements. Hope this helps others avoid doing business with you and experiencing the poor service I received from you.

I have been taking the NMN product from this company for a month now. Started on the lowest dose. Began to feel I had slightly more energy in the mornings and often felt in a better frame of mind, more ready to get on with things. I also feel my joints are slightly less painful (I’m in an older age group). These effects, although small as yet, definitely do seem to be building. I combine this with some intermittent fasting and eating a fairly high fat/low carb diet, which seems to suit my metabolism and which I have been doing for a while.

To be fair, it’s hard to know exactly what has changed and why as yet but I’m impressed enough to have moved up the next level dose. I contacted the company about changing my subscription and couldn’t have received a more helpful, fast and friendly reply. I’m looking forward to seeing what a difference the new dose makes.
