Not sure what to expect?
The product is very expensive with the shipping and duty cost to bring it into Canada - I have been taking it for about a month - and not noticing any noticeable change in any way with my energy, sleep or overall well being. Should I have noticed something by now?

Really enjoying this product
Really enjoying this product. I take 1 tablet every morning and have done for 3 months now. My energy level has improved considerably and stamina with regards to exercise has also improved. Now on my second 3 month pack. Will continue to take these.

Better results than I expected
I bough NMN and TMG mainly to support my training and recovery as I do long distance triathlons and need to balance sleep, nutrition and recovery well with everything I do.
What I noticed right away in the first week is both the better sleep as well as my resting heart rate dropped from 43-44 bpm (constant for the past year) down to 38-39 bpm. My recovery between sessions has also been improved so I'm genuinely surprised by how quickly these started to show their benefits.
Highly recommended!

Cannot recommend NMN Bio's NAD supplements highly enough! I feel much more alert & on my A game. Shipping Issues
I placed an order on December 22nd. I have not received the item because proper custom documents were not provided for shipping. It's been stuck at the FedEx Import Center since December 31. I want my money back.

Helped my mom regain eyesight
