Five star handling
Unfortunately, my package was damaged in the mail. I contacted customer service and explained. I got a quick response and Mariia on customer service was brilliant. They discussed the matter and I was immediately offered a discount on the item, or get a new one.
I am very satisfied with the customer service and the complaint handling. I can recommend shopping at Grandado.

Very bad, don't buy anything from there.. I regret that I did..
I ordered powerbank which was completely useless and it did not match the description at all..
Waiting for reclamation answer for couple days and nothing..
Couple days later I was talking with the support and in the end I got my money back from them, but it wasn't that easy.. But finally I am happy

I thought that I bought a beautiful…
I thought that I bought a beautiful amazing wall Clock from this website Grandado.com but unfortunately it’s not at all and the price was not cheap 45 euros.
It takes long time to arrive and when I got it it was pace of plastic ugly no matter to hang it in my wall. I’m not satisfied I don’t advise people to buy from this website.

Two times they claimed to have sendt the item
Two times they claimed to have sendt the same item but both times they didn't tell me to pick it up. I can't be sure, but it seams that they where never sendt in the first place.

Thin and disappointing
We were not so happy, because 80€ for a product that was not the same as it looked on the pictures. The hairs in the carpet looked much thicker and longer in the pictures. It was not soft to sit on. Its very thin. It was in fact so thin that the mailman could fit the whole thing into my mailbox. We are very disappointed.

Fake kitchenaid pasta attachment
I bought pasta attachments advertized as kitchenAid, but they were poor copies from China which I paid full price (each around 1000 kr). Some screws had fallen off and they do not work properly. I wrote a complaint but never got an answer. I'm extremely disapointed.
