waiting for order more than one week, order has been paid, received a message that my items wont be sent. How should i get money back!?!?!

I think they have a lot of nice product and I'm M very glad with all those things and I'm happy there's so the result

I have ordered from here several times even if I've read some bad reviews before, it has been good every time! This time I received a package that was slightly broken, meaning a shampoo bottle had opened and spilled. I contacted them via Facebook and almost immediately got a reply and help from someone in customer support named Kolo. They are sending a new bottle no charge. Amazing service and costumer care! No complaints at all.

Never more with this company. Waiting more then three weeks for my order and then I have to finally pay tax from that.

I ordered an item under the assumptions that I would get a free delivery and full transparency in terms of pricing. However as the website is highly misleading (all in Norwegian, pricing in NOK, clear message that delivery is “free”) I would take for granted that id not fall into the toll-fee trap that can happen when the buyer is located in Norway. When picking up the package I had to pay 373 NOK (more than 40% of the price of the item!!!) in toll handling and VAT fees. This was not clearly labelled or warned when I purchased the item and, if it was more clear I definitely would steer away from shopping on your website. You cannot expect that buyers will read all T&Cs in small text, and I feel truly scammed and ripped off by your approach to selling me this product at a 40% higher price than I was expecting. This is not acceptable from an ethical perspective. I hope you can somehow make up for this?

Fast delivery, very good price, product arrived when promissed , happy with all the stuff I bought in this shop.

stay far away from this site, they dont send out the products you buy but still take your money. Then weeks and weeks later you get an mail that your order is cancelled. Horrible customer service! Save you money and stay away.

I have ordered Adventkalendar 16.11.2022. I advise it to my friends and they ordered it too week after me. My friend got it already! By my order lookfantastic has not sent . Kustomerserviservise says it was mistake and i need to wait when it will be in stock! I have got answer as i need to check my order and wait! Its not serious! Why my friend get it which order after me and I am not? Mistake should be corrected!

Ikke bestill herifra! (SVINDEL) Vi bestilte en julekalender fra Lookfantastic, men de gjennomførte/godtar ikke betalingen min (paypal), som gjør at produktet blir forsinket til leveringsdato. "Din konto må belastes før varene sendes eller eventuell service blir utført", står det i Regler & Vilkår. Bestillingen min tok plass den 3. Oktober, men fikk ingen bekreftelse på at de belastet kontoen min. Jeg skjønte fort at varen ikke vil bli sendt før etter 1. Des, så dermed oppførte jeg en kansellering på orderen. Fortsatt står det at kanselleringen min er under behandling. Jeg har flere ganger forsøkt å ta kontakt med kundeservice, men jeg får kun automatiserte svar tilbake - oversatt med Google Translate.
Jeg ser at Lookfantastic.com skriver tilbakemelding på flere av anmeldelsene her, men vet av erfaring at de ikke løser problemet, da jeg tidligere har lagt ut en klage på Trustpilot. De kontakter meg og gjennomfører en avbestillingen, hvor jeg senere skulle få en oppdatering etter 24-72 timer. De prøver å kompensere ved å kreditere kontoen min med 5 Euro, når ordren min alene koster 1110 kr, uten inkl moms/ toll etc. Jeg har heller ikke fått noen oppdatering på kanselleringen enda, så regner med at jeg får den tilsendt alt for sent. Ender vell opp med å måtte betale kostnadene på moms/toll, både til og fra levering, da de skriver i "Regler & Vilkår" at "Ved kansellering vil kunden bli refundert fullt beløp".
Anbefaler ingen å kjøpe varer fra Lookfantastic.

Do not order from Lookfantastic! (SCAM) We ordered a Christmas calendar from Lookfantastic, but they did not process/accept my payment (paypal), which causes the product to be delayed until the delivery date. "Your account must be debited before the goods are shipped or any service is performed", says the Terms & Conditions. The order was placed on 3 October, but I received no confirmation that they had debited my account. I soon realised that the order would not be shipped until after 1 December, so I put a cancellation on the order. It still says that my cancellation is pending. I have several times tried to contact customer service, but I only get automated answers back - translated with Google Translate.
I notice that Lookfantastic.com replies to several of the reviews in here, but I know from experience that they do not solve the problem, as I have previously posted a complaint on Trustpilot. They contact me and conduct a cancellation, where I should later get an update after 24-72 hours. They try to compensate by crediting my account with 5 Euro, when my order alone costs 1110 kr, not including taxes/tolls etc. I haven't received any update on the cancellation yet, so I expect getting it way too late. I will probably end up having to pay the taxes/tolls, both to and from delivery, as they write in the "Terms & Conditions" that "Upon cancellation, the customer will be refunded the full amount".
Do not recommend anyone to buy goods from Lookfantastic.

They charging you upfront for monthly subscription of beauty box they don't even send out. What's even worst I wasn't notify of any delay or that the box was sold out. I needed to contact customer service myself coz 1.11 they charged me for the beauty box which by 26.11 still did not arrive!! Only to get response that the box was SOLD OUT.??? Like what? But they still charge u for it. That's not how you treat customer! Not recommending

Update: I already contacted you through my account on Look fantastic couple of days ago.. I got refund for the beautybox and I asked as well if I can expect my December box as usual only to hear that you can't guarantee that and u HOPE so??? 😳 Than how on earth can u take payment upfront! You should only do it after what I ordered is actually send out!

I ordered 2 products at the end of July in this website. These products never arrived, in September I sent them a message and they promised me to send the products again (supposedly). The products never arrived. I asked them to refund me, they agreed, but they only refunded me a third (!!!) of what I paid. I keep sending them messages asking them to refund me the whole amount and I always get the same answer... Don't order anything from this site, it's a scam!

Good prices on the products I buy, and always gets here.
A bit slow though, but not sure if that is «look fantastics» fault.

KOLO made my experience great! I had contacted the customer service 3 times prior to this and they just kept repeating themselves but KOLO sorted things out. Well done, KOLO!
