My protien has become very expensive. It isnt the cost effective protien that it always was. Also predatory tactics where pricing changes and for some reason its high when you need it and low when you dont need protein
My order no is753697426 placed on 22/4/26. It had been a regular practise of the company for delaying the deliveries even after confirming that the delivery will be made on 25/4/26. There is no phone number of the company and it is an indian arm of the UK company. Looks like a fraudulent agency handling it. I complaint it twice earlier also, once they refunded the money and in second time they made the delivery after removing the free gifts. Pathetic .. they should give some help line number to call, rather they say contact Blue Dart. I don't think they use Blue Dart originally or compromise on the delivery terms.. sending it by land and charging for air... needs a thorough review and in case they do not respond within 24 hours, i will report the matter to the relevant agencies.
One of the two protein packets was delivered completely damaged, with powder spilled inside the carton and visible lumps indicating poor product quality. The outer box was also damaged, and there was no bubble wrap or protective packaging inside.
Despite sharing images multiple times, customer support kept asking for the same proof. To make matters worse, my account and order history were deleted, preventing me from following up on the complaint. Very disappointing experience for a first‑time customer.
It is taking alot of time for my money to be refunded after cancelling the order within an hour of ordering it, it should have been refunded within a day like other sites do please speed up your processes, it has been 2 days and i still havent received any refund

I have ordered whey protein isolate unflavoured 2.5 kg on 20th April 2026. But my parcel is in Delhivery courier companies office from last 5 days and everyday they are delaying it to deliver to me. I contacted your and their courier service but no one is helping me out. Your customer service is worst. It is very difficult to contact to your customer service. I want my refund. Improve your service. Each and every customer is important.

Product looks good but site navigation needs improvement especially availability of flavours in specific pack size is a bit confusing one has to select a famous and then get to know what pack size it is available instead of a select 1 kg I should get all the options
