Insane Price Hike in 1 year!
I have been ordering the 2.5 KG Mint Chocolate Whey Isolate protein for a while. It has gone from Rs. 5200 (inclusive of discounts) to Rs. 8500 in 1 year due to no discount codes available! That is way too much money for protein powder and if you do not bring the prices down by at least 30-35%, you will lose customers including myself very quickly!@

The Replacement of Damaged Whey Protein Pack ordered vide 740095091 never came. Instead, the account was removed. They wanted us to share pictures, we shared, but what has followed is a horrible experience.

The product experience is good but the app/website experience can be improved by a lot.
The website has pages that aren't available in app at all and opening g them in website just redirect to home page of app
No otp while signing up meaning anyone can use any email which isn't safe
Referral applied while signing up but came with no confirmation or discount which was promised.
Pages like "My orders" should be easily accessible but are hidden inside account settings
App signed me up for offer emails without asking. Had to manually turn it off by going into setting

I have been using MyProtein Impact Whey Protein since 2022, and it has been a great experience so far.
One thing I really like is the variety of flavours. I’ve tried several options like Chocolate Smooth, Strawberry Cream, Mango, Chocolate Brownie, Kulfi, and Salted Caramel — and honestly, most of them taste really good and mix well.
In terms of performance, I find it more effective compared to many other brands I’ve tried. It digests easily, with no bloating, and the absorption feels quick, which is important for me.
It has definitely helped me with muscle building and faster recovery after workouts. I’ve noticed consistent progress while using it.
