I have been a loyal customer of this brand for many years, and I must say the product quality has always been excellent. The consistency, taste, and results have always met my expectations, which is why I have continued purchasing over such a long time.
However, over time, I’ve noticed that the prices have increased significantly. While I understand that market conditions can change, the current pricing is becoming difficult to manage, especially for long-term customers like me.

I orderd 500g of creatine in December 2025 and they deliver me a creatine which will expire in Feb 2026 at first I didn't saw it today I saw it and throw it the pkt was half full and I have to throw it, it was imported in 7/2024 and they deliver such old product which was just abt to expire to me

"I have been a loyal customer of this brand for over 5 years, spending my hard-earned money consistently, only to be treated like a criminal for their mistake.
They sent me nearly expired products that were clearly sitting in a warehouse far too long. When I did the right thing and complained about receiving garbage, they issued a refund—but then immediately blocked my account and blacklisted my shipping address. Their 'Investigations Team' is a joke. Instead of investigating why they are shipping out expiring stock to long-term customers, they decide to 'discontinue shipments' to the person calling them out. This is a cowardly, predatory business tactic: send bad products, and if the customer notices, ban them so you don't have to deal with the headache of your own quality control failures.
After half a decade of loyalty, this is how they treat you. They don't want customers; they want silent victims who will accept expired products without a word. Avoid this brand at all costs unless you want to be blacklisted for expecting what you actually paid for. Absolute disgrace."
UPDATE (28 March 2026):
Following my complaint, I received a scripted response from "Natalia" in Customer Relations (Order #747098774). Despite being a 5-year loyal customer, she confirmed that their "Investigations Team" has made a "final decision" to keep my account closed and my address blacklisted.
They are effectively hiding behind a department that "cannot be overruled" to avoid explaining why they ship nearly-expired products. They claim this has been logged as a "formal complaint" to improve service, but how can you improve service for a customer you’ve just banned for life?
This is a complete lack of integrity. They've refunded the money because they had no choice—the product was objectively defective—but they are punishing me for noticing. If you’ve been with this brand for years like I have, be warned: the moment they mess up and you call them out, you are "discontinued." Absolute cowardice from the management team.
