But there was a issue i was not able to report last because your customer service was not active even during the mention time period
I was supposed to get a free creatine with the order
But it was missing
I even have the video of package opening but i was not able report it due to above issue

Bad customer support experience
Bad customer support experience
I emailed customer support regarding an issue with the shaker, but they said it was not possible to help or replace it. This was very disappointing.
I also bought whey protein isolate and creatine. The product quality is okay, but the customer service is poor.
They should improve their support for customers.

Yet another seal tempered product received
The customer support staff is really a great help and they always help me in the best possible way. Daniel, Sam and many others. I truly appreciate your hardwork. But I'm disappointed to seethe products I received in past and even now are of any problem what so ever at first I had near expery date products received then I got a seal tempered and now as the hardworking staff replaced the product to me there's yet another seal temper where I think someone in between ot delivering the product is trying to do something with syringes as the holes in the product. I'm disappointed, as my experience with MyProtein India hasn't been great, though i thank their support staff for always helping me.
