ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE...
My mom used this company and I can honestly say it has deeply affected her having to deal with this!
She cleared the furniture with our help and when the technician didn't turn up she called the so called call centre!
A very rude female said he was running late and she would have to wait...so wait she did!
A few hours later she called again and ended up speaking with a woman called Carol!
Oh I cannot believe that a nasty woman like this works in customer services.
When saying she wanted to complain Carol started swearing and insulting my elderly mother and then hung up on her!!!!!
My mother called back and another female said she would have to call back as Carol was unavailable.....but my mother could hear talking in the background..Carol's voice insulting my mother ....do they not have mute buttons!!!!!
She was rescheduled for next day...that did not happen either but to be honest I don't really want her anywhere near any of these people!
My mother has now put this matter over to me so I have a few questions....still no apology for a no show....for insulting my mother...for the attitude..

I am glad they didn't touch her carpets after what I have read
They went into Liquidation after owing 100 of thousands..they owe everyone!!!!
Customers, franchise technicians,tax man and even a company they sponsored ( see Bournemouth echo)
They moved to Ringwood,full address on companies House and they continue to rip of customers and poor technicians.
I am going to pursue this matter and get this Carol to apologise......
Does the owner of this company not hear how the call centre speaks with people!!!
Oh we got my mother's carpets cleaned by the way ...with a reputable company who said they are always picking up jobs that NO1 have messed up on...

Was told the technician would be with…
Was told the technician would be with me between 4 and 5 o clock. I had no phone call to let me know where they were and waited for two hours, they never showed up so i had waisted my time waiting.I called customer service and was told the technician was still on his way, that was at 5.50. That was not convenient for me to wait any longer and was asked do you want to cancel? An absolute joke and very poor service. Please think very hard before you decide to set this unprofessional company on. And also read all their other negative reviews.

The best Carpet cleaning service I ever had
The best service in Kent had my carpets cleaned after unhygienic tenants left the carpets full of stains and odor
I decided to give it a clean to see if I had to remove the carpets entirely
Had a full clean and I couldn’t be happier now I have brand new clean carpet that did not need to be changed
Saved me a lot of money
The service is excellent I had a courtesy call to ask if I was happy with everything the next day !!!

Do not trust this company!They lie through their teeth!I had a sofa cleaned in March Their guy left my sitting room flooded and all the laminate lifted! Contacted Carol customer services who asked for pictures,said it was dreadful ,they would contact contractor.Contractor came and looked at the damage,said he would fix it,waited several weeks,nothing happened ,phoned numerous times over the past few months, always told they would phone me back,they never did.I sent emails got no response,phoned again this week spoke to ebony,who said she would phone me back,she didn’t! Several more phone calls and refusing to get off the line till I spoke to ebony or a Carol.Carol came on the line,and told me they hadn’t heard from me since March and would not be doing anything about my damaged floor and said the contractor no longer worked for them and gave me a non existent number to call him then put the phone down.Apalling company who lie!

Atrocious experience with the customer…
Atrocious experience with the customer service and management. October 10th I had my carpet cleaned and the stair case pilla was damaged by the wide suction hose that was placed through my stair case pila. I reported the problem to customer service and they sent out a technician. During the appointment he offered to do the repair himself but he didn't have the paint or tools. So I offered the paint and sander. Unfortunately the paint i had was a diffirent finish and the wood was not sanded down satisfactory and we both agreed i contact customer services explaining the dilemma. I had a conversation with Ebony Hopkins and she was happy with the idea i do the repair, which No1 Carpet will refund the cost of buying the items, which came to £31.63. No less than 15 minutes later I received an email back from Ebony refusing to refund the whole cost. I called but her number just rang and went unanswered. So I called the 0800 number and was put through to a manager name Carol. Carol didn't want to talk but just shout down the phone. I didn't get to finish one sentence it was very unpleasant. I was very calm but she kept shouting I want to see a picture and it's all your fault and hanging up. All I was trying to say was we need to solve this dilemma amicably but she would not allow me to speak. I was shaking from being shouted at like I'm nothing. Not what I expected at all from someone in a senior role. I was ok and understanding when the damage happened. What do you do in situations such as these. Who would deal with a company that bring bad karma and are threatening when things goes wrong.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!!
Book this company to clean the carpets in my nans 2 bedroom retirement bungalow prior to her moving into a nursing home.
My Nan answered the door to the gentleman (Arrived 45 mins late with no explanation) and within 5 minutes arriving he informed my Nan that the price would now be double the price to £240 as a so called “Deep Clean” was required and she felt very very pressured into accepting the new price.
To be honest in my personal opinion the carpets were relatively clean prior to your operator doing any work the only reason a clean was required as this was in the tenancy agreement with the letting agents.
To be honest the carpets do not look any different.
When I telephoned to complain I was informed that no record of an ungraded clean was recorded by the cleaner as the cleaner did say he would give her a bit of a discount if she agreed to pay in Cash.
WHAT A VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!!!

Would recommend, Nil was fantastic
Appointment was pushed back several times, and was 3 hours later than booked - but no fault of the technician (Nil) and he kept us up to date the whole time. We were in so we could accommodate the changes. Great job, thorough cleaning, pleasant chap, great value. Would definitely use Nil again (Northants area)

Appalled. I had a clean booked for 4pm and 2 texts to confirm this. The technician called me the day before and asked me to change the time to 11am (because he wanted to be on his way home at 4pm). I offered to move it to 3pm but that was the earliest I could manage. He said he wasn't coming.
I called Head Office and they assured me that they had spoken to the technician and he would definitely be there at 4 and confirmed it with another text.
Foolishly I got up at 5am to move all the furniture before I left for work.
Did he turn up? Of course not.
Head Office said they were very sorry.

Poor customer service took money and failed to show up.
Poor customer service, agreed date and time and they cancelled on the morning when i was on my way to property (70 miles away from me so was making special trip). I rearranged time and arrived at property 10 mins before the window. Called about 10 mins into window asking for a call when cleaner was 15 mins away and that i was at the property. They read out my number and agreed. at 12:50 (window was 12-1) i called back and they told me they had cancelled the booking!!! Asked to speak to manager and they were a complete disgrace. Don’t waste your time with these cowboys!
