Great service. Booked easy and Nil was great and friendly. Explained what to expect and really quick and carpets and sofa look amazing :)

Booking was easy I accepted the quote of £87.60. When the member of staff arrived I was told if I wanted a pre treatment to get a proper deal clean using a solution that can even remove blood it would cost me £48 extra. I feel this should have been explained while booking. As it is I paid the £48. Carpets were sprayed and scrubbed before being cleaned. Carpets look new! Sam the member of staff was friendly, honest and professional

This was a great experience Nil the operator was extremely professional and polite. This is a very firm recommend to anyone thinking about using this service. I for one will certainly be using them in the future.

I had a bad stain on my carpet which i thought wouldn't come out. Jon arrived and got to work straight away. He worked really hard and got my stain out. I was really impressed jon was friendly and he even arrived earlier than planned. I would certainly use no1 carpet cleaners again, and recommend them thank you very much.

Nil was great, good to talk to and explained what was being done throughout.

The carpets were cleaned to a good standard, there were spots where Nil explained couldn’t come out because of the nature of the dirt which I felt was acceptable.

The sofas were cleaned well. They still held a smell of cigarettes but nothing that a bit of febreeze didn’t sort.

Would definitely recommend for a quick and last minute clean.

No. 1 carpet Cleaners in Worcester, let me down at 1.15 when they were due to arrive at the job in hand at 2, needed carpets cleaned as last day of tenancy, would only fit us in the next week which was too late, let down badly and will never use again

Terrible. They recommended a deep clean service on a stained carpet (costing over and above the normal standard fee originally quoted), claiming that without the deep clean (using the best and most efficient chemicals on the market), they couldn't guarantee the stains could be removed.
You're forced to sign on the iPad first to secure their fee and commit you to the quote.
After trying for some time and going over the stains several times, the stains couldn't be removed and they refused a refund on the extra over deep clean that clearly proved to be a waste of money.
Given that I signed the tablet first, a process they insist upon before they start working, they were unable to omit the pointless deep clean cost claiming the invoice is finalised upon signing!?
Offered a scented spray instead that was meant to be long lasting. This disappeared in a day too.... Worthless service.. won't use again. Will look elsewhere in future. Update, despite a response with a promise for some means of contact, unsurprisingly, none received.

Very happy with the service received from booking right through to the clean.

The cleaning job undertaken was brilliant, and Jason was polite and thorough. However, I tried to book on a Friday for Monday but never received a confirmation email. It was then scheduled for Wednesday, Jason arrived and sprayed the chemicals but his machine did not work so he said he'd come back the following day to finish the job. However the office 'forgot' to book us in. Jason then came back the day after - Friday - a whole week since I first contacted the company.

Good comms, turned up on time, didn't try and push extras and just got on with it. Friendly operative. recommended.

Dreadful company,first of all you get the impression you are dealing locally,i googled "local carpet cleaners" and got a local phone number to ring which i did at 8-30 very polite lady answered with all the talk said they could have someone round by 10am which they did its only then you realise you are dealing with a national franchise,nice guy looked round 3 bed house took pictures and said the lounge would need extra treatment for the stains which was another £20,i agreed,he did the whole house in less than an hr,called me to say it was done,what a dreadful job not even cleaned behind the doors (still dry)when i complained he said best he could do and he suggested i ring head office,very rude manager CAROL said either pay up or I will put a CCJ ON YOU !!!! I said beg your pardon and she repeated the threat eventually paid £50 to get rid off them DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY,All 5 star reviews on there website must be false or they have picked some very easy going customers to review, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Neil came round with such a laugh we could stop smiling and after he cleaned the carpets we still can’t stop. Couldn’t recommend anyone else for the job.
