First shipment was not packaged…
First shipment was not packaged properly and was destroyed en route. Return process was very good and the replacement was packed better and arrived intact. Not Amazon, but I would deal with them again.

Great Product, poor shipping practices.
Shipping was quick as promised however the product arrived without any protection from damage. The postal sticker was stuck directly to the box and the box was damaged. This was disappointing because it was a gift and it didn't look very nice. I am told however that the product itself is very good. The company stated they would correct their shipping practices and offered me a $20.00 voucher that I haven't used as yet.
