Noah Garden Rooms Reviews 

We looked at many companies for our summerhouse and Noah Garden Rooms stood out for a variety of reasons.
1) The prices were excellent
2) The quality appeared better than their rivals
3) The reviews being outstanding
4) Offering free installation.

Right from the start, we were dealing with a lady called Kerry who is so lovely. We received a lot of information about what they needed from us and we sent photo’s over to ensure that they could access the property. We were kept informed throughout the process and delivery was pretty quick considering. We ordered on August bank holiday and it was delivered on 14th October. The delivery guy’s were lovely and grateful for a hot drink. The summerhouse looks high quality and we added a couple of optional extra’s on. We are really pleased so far.

We chose Noah for our Elm summerhouse because of the great price and free fitting. We also received fantastic advice on the building and base. The instructions on what was required as a base were second to none. The communication was excellent. A final conversation a few days before fitting confirmed all was ready both sides. The fitting team of Paul and James were spot on time and craked on really well. The quality and fit of yhe building was excellent. Couldn't be happier. Very professional.

I would definitely recommend a Noah garden room. Had my Roseberry deluxe insulated double glazed room built today. My experience has been great from start to finish. The showroom, ordering, follow up with the customising all went well. The build was great too. There is thorough checking of your requirements and provision of detailed drawings and instructions and terms that is all gives a really satisfactory experience. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is not getting estimated time of arrival on build day. I was told I’d get a text as they were leaving (which is over an hours drive away) Told it would be sent after 7am. They arrived at 7.30am having sent no message. A very early start like that should be notified to the customer.

Everything about this company was 5 star, from the initial point of contact until the final assembly of our fantastic summerhouse.

Superb service from start to finish. I placed order on line and had some questions which were answered via live chat promptly. Communication was excellent and plans sent to me when asked so that we could do the shed base ourselves. Had text day before delivery to confirm timings and then had another one on the day to narrow the times down again - they were actually early which was great ! The 2 delivery men were friendly and did a fantastic job of installing the shed. The shed itself is amazing - great quality wood and lovely design. I definitely recommend Noah Garden Rooms - all round great company

From the start Customer Services, the Assembly Team were professional, approachable, friendly and did a fantastic job. My garden house has reached my expectations.

Turned up on time, did the job in the advised time. Shed really good and solid, very happy. Would recommend.

Yes our base was not level (our groundworker subsequently sorted his work).

To 're book' the fitters was quoted as £850.59, even though they had not spent any time fitting. (I would happily have paid travel time of course).

When I asked for a level of rebate for the time when the fitters were NOT fitting our shed, the answer was £24.

So - in my view - I bought a shed, supply, deliver, install. I received the shed (so supplied and delivered) but no installation, no meaningful rebate for not being installed, and incredibly high price to fit.

When I contacted the company, they quoted various lines in the contract saying which effectively amounted to 'read the small print'.

The shed itself looks good. The instructions to build it oneself do cover some of the topics, but are very rudimentary in places, such as whether to apply fascia boards under or over the felt, or both (turns out it's both).

3 of the (reinforced) windows have subsequently cracked, I assume due to swelling or settling, unclear.

We had a combination workshop/summer room 24 x8 with a partition to separate areas. The two guys who erected the building were excellent, arrived on time bearing in mind the travelled from Telford to Essex, polite, worked dilengently and were finished by lunchtime. The quality of the mainframe is good, other than a couple of poor quality finishes such as the top of the partition wall which looks like it was cut roughly and does not meet the roof. The quality of the glass and beading is poor, there are only 2 strips of wood holding the glass in, unfortunately one of the glass panels cracked the next day. The gap between the side panel and roof is nearly 3 inches wide (which I presume is for ventilation) which goes the whole length of the shed (back & front), is very big space that i was not aware of would be finished in this way. As a result this area leaves the space vulnerable for larger creatures/animals climbing in.

Had our combination shed/summerhouse delivered and erected today. The two guys were excellent and got the whole job done quickly and efficiently. The building is exactly how we wanted, and we can’t wait to start using it.

Lydian 12x8 summerhouse

anyone looking to buy a building from these guys be careful, i paid over £3000 for a building that looks great on the internet, i paid a builder to put a base down and was looking forward to the workshop, weeks before when reading about the base has to be perfectly level and flat, i send pictures and emails to the office many times,
On the day 2 guys came to fit the workshop and then a manager turned up all saying about the base is not good enough, i asked them to fit the workshop but its too dangerous, so i was told they would come and fit it once the base was corrected, so at 64 years old it has took me 4 days to bet a new floor fitted in timber.
so i have done this called the office to arrange a fitter return to find they want 25% more, this over £770 .
so now i have a workshop left sitting in my garden and have no way of even being able to lift these pieces on my own.i paid for fitting they came early on a friday morning and left and i now have a flat pack garden feature leaning on next door fence,
All my years i always made my own buildings in my younger years but in your older venerable years be ware people are out their making a lot of money from the small print.
Surely if the base is so important a surveyor would come and check before installation just like any other building costruction

I am very pleased I used Noah Garden Rooms. Communication right from the start through to the 18 x 10ft shed being delivered was good. The quality of the shed is excellent and the two guys who put the shed up were friendly, worked hard and cleaned up afterwards.

This is my second purchase I have made the Don Morris summer house is superb. I have a 14/8 which the children have claimed so I have purchased a 10/8 for my office. Quality is outstanding. From ordering to building the room it’s been a pleasant experience. Customer service is brilliant everything is detailed so you can check the specification. The room was erected in about 1-1/2 hours lads who came where friendly and chatty they don’t mess about it was up in no time very professional job. I’m now settled in and my office is set up. Thanks for everything I couldn’t be happier.

From the start to finish the customer service was top notch, product arrived on the day specified, Fantastic quality at a very reasonable price knocked the spots of other supplier. as for the two Fitters Jim & Jay they left Telford at 0430 in the morning to make there way to Felixstowe to erect my workshop, could not wish to meet two nicer blokes, they take pride in their work and are a credit to Noah. Any one thinking of buying a shed/workshop look no further. I will not hesitate to go back to Noah in the future.

Noah Garden Rooms is probably one of the best companies we have ever dealt with.
They were recommended to us by a friend who had recently purchased one so we took a look at the site. There is something for everyone and we found the right work space within minutes.
From start to finish the customer service has been exceptional! We called them to place the order and explained we had a two week window to take delivery and they said that our order would be ready for the dates we gave.
We wanted to make a change with the doors and this was not an issue. We were contacted again a few weeks later and we went over the plans again just to double check that everything was correct.
It was delivered exactly when they said it would be by two amazing guys. They put everything where we wanted it as we were building it ourselves and they covered everything we needed to know.
The shed is fantastic and it fit together without issue. It looks amazing and you can just see the quality!!
If you want a shed or a workspace then I wouldn't use anyone else but these.

I cannot fault this company in any way. Everyone I dealt with was professional. I live in a very rural location and there were access problems that were dealt with very quickly by the company despite the issues being down to me.
The shed is top quality and fantastic value for money. I would not hesitate to use these guys again or recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a new garden building.
