Ordered a dress, after a few weeks the tracking said it was delivered but to Reading, even though I don’t live in Reading. I contacted them and they sent me a “proof of delivery” which was a photo of a parcel outside a house that was not mine nor any of my neighbours. I have been trying to contact them since with no response. Seen lots of reviews like this so honestly don’t bother clicking on the add on tik tok.

the dress fits good and i was suprised about the customer service especially after reading some reviews, but my experience was good! so i recommend it.

Ordered 2 dresses for a wedding with the intention to just keep the one i preferred. I email asking how to return and the “manager” said I woukd have to ship it back to ASIA at my own expense as they covered the shipping initially.
Alternatively they have offered me a 15% refund on the item I want to return rather than sending it back.
Such a shame as the dresses are beautiful and of decent quality.

I was a bit sketchy at first, But my dresses arrived and the quality was amazing for the price. Shipping was a little bit longer then expected But it was worth it!

Ordered a dress for a wedding. It took ages to arrive & so I had to get a different one for the wedding. When it finally came, I emailed them to refund. They advised I would have to send this back to Asia and cover the cost of the postage which would cost me £30.

At first I thought this website was a scam but I gave it a chance and I did receive my dress, although I had some problems with the tracking as my parcel was marked as delivered 5 days before it actually arrived and there was nothing I could do about it. Customer service did respond to my email upon my second attempt at writing to them. I was promised a pair of free earrings with my order which never came but they were automatically added to my basket so I wasn’t too upset I suppose . The dress seems to be nice, slightly different colour from the photo but definitely the same dress.

I ordered a parcel over a month ago with tracking updates stating its partially delivered I have contacted Noaloo with no response- very concerned that it is a scam website!!!

My order was delivered very quickly and the dress is absolutely beautiful! Great quality and exactly as pictured. Very happy with my purchase!

Beautiful dresses with great quality for the price. Sizes are mostly accurate, though some styles run a bit short. Fast delivery and helpful customer service. Definitely recommend!

I’m really happy with my experience with Noaloo.The dress looked beautiful and fit nicely it was just a little too small at first. Luckily, customer service was incredibly kind and helpful, and they made it super easy for me to exchange it for a bigger size.

For the price, the quality of the dress is honestly very good

I ordered the Melany dress from Noaloo. When it finally arrived, I opened the package and the dress was different to advertised. The colour was different, cups were different (strap across the cups was missing) and the pattern slightly different. Overall the dress was significantly poorer in terms of quality and style than in the photo. Really disappointed as I was very excited to receive the gorgeous dress in the photo. I contacted Noaloo for a resolution and after a back and forth and offering for their warehouse to make another imitation dress, they offered a full refund.

Very happy about the store received my order very quick and the quality is very good. I would definetly recommend buying from noaloo
