I wanted to try this for 7days to see if I could download the videos but I later learn I can't, you can see them off line if you can access their website which is a nice per I have to say, but I wasn't going to be able to access even their website. So I try to cancel my membership and the web page is faulty and doesn't show you the reasons to pick the reason shy you are cancelling. So I could not cancel but I contacted Customer Service and they cancelled it for me.

Refused to refund. Have returned £145 worth of bikinis as they were too small.
Emailed them multiple times with no response.Also paid £10 each time to return the items. Have raised a dispute with PayPal and PayPal had issued a refund.

They refused to refund returned goods.
If you paid with Paypal, you could get your money back. I reported a dispute to Paypal and provided requested information...Paypal informed the seller about the dispute and after several days I got my money back.

Horrible customer service. NO MONEY REFUND WHEN RETURNING! You can only change to different sizes. Also not clearly indicated.

Guess I got scammed

I have bough 3 bikini tops and a bikini bottom from them before summer. When I got the bikinis were too small so I have sent back with registered tracking for which I have paid £10.
Once the package reached the country got stuck at the post office and the store did nothing to help me. They said I had to sort it myself. Didn’t offer any sort of help, didn’t call the post office nothing. I have tried and begged for their help but nothing. I lost 250$ just like that.
Nellie was the delightful team member who replied to my emails saying “ Please solve the matter regarding customs clearance with the Latvian Post”

So bare in mind that if you make the mistake of ordering from this store (and I do buy a lot online, this never ever happened to me specially with such expensive items) and the items don’t fit they won’t give you your money back or help you with the return of your item.

Sizing is very very very off so please don't waste your money. You will most likely have to pay for shipping and customs and if your sizes wring, they won't take the bathing suits back so just don't ever buy from them.bits sad because the fabric is good quality.

It’s not very clear that you can’t return anything, be sure to read their policies first. I ended ordering two bottoms first time to try different ones but ended up having to actually buy one piece extra.

I live in Sweden and they promote themselves Swedish. But production and warehouse is in Lativa. When my pieces didn’t fit it’s going to be expensive to change but I had to do it like 3 times. I ended up spending so much on these stupid bikini bottoms because they fit so weirdly. High bottoms are cool but the normal or small ones are so low in the front. They are so close to ‘down there’ and they’re so small in size. I had to go up from XS to S but no difference at all in the front? I really do not recommend this brand.

Sizing is really weird, especially if you are slim but still have boobs. Really unhelpful customer services. Don’t bother ordering if you’re in the UK as the import taxes are so high since brexit and you’ll have to pay for taxes again if you return them back to the EU. And the quality is definitely NOT worth the additional taxes plus they don’t do free returns.

I ordered $300 of bathing suits, the package was lost with FedEx. I followed up with nobadaddiction, they directed me to deal with FedEx directly as they are not liable. FedEx policy requires the sender to file a lost package claim for a refund, the receiver cannot not. It is at no expense to the organization to file a claim and standard practice. Nobadaccition refused to file a claim. Horrible customer service.

I ordered swimwear for 300 $ for my honeymoon. I have chosen Nobadaddiction because I saw they offer Express Delivery to Europe from 2-5 days. Now after speaking to FedEx I saw they only did Economy Delivery. So it comes to late.
After speaking with Nobadaddiction in the Live Chat I was ignored.

Not recommended.

I cannot return the products I bought online. Do not buy here.

I recently purchased bikini from this retailer.
1) They refused to give me a refund - despite this being my right by the law
2) the quality wasn't as good as expected for this price

I selected two items from my entire purchase and wanted to return the rest as it didn't fit and the colours seemed a bit different than what I thought. It is every customer's right by the law to return online purchased items without any reason and get a REFUND (not just a store credit).

They referred me to their return policy and refused to provide a refund which was clearly against the law. While I understand their reasoning, I think every business should respect customers' rights ... no matter how difficult it is. That's why not every business is successful.

Regarding the product quality the fit was not too bad and quality seemed fine at the first look. However, after wearing them 4x (and following the care manual), they look very used, the colour faded away on my orange bikini and my white bikini became yellow.

One advice, do not order here if you don’t know your exact size and measurements and are 300% sure it will fit you. Otherwise, you are screwed.

As they promote they are a ‘sustainable’ brand, they won’t give you any refund whatsoever. They let you pay for your own return and end up giving you store credit. Don’t really understand what they mean with sustainability?

Next to that, their sizing is really off. I tried on 3 different sizes, and returned them all. You can imagine how painful it is to be obligated to pay almost €400 for items you don’t have anymore, paid €20 to return it, and also with no intention to order from them again. Feels a like robbery.

Nobadaddiction shows on its website that it has easy returns. But it is the complete opposite.

In 2021, you would imagine that you are able to order multiple sizes of bikinis, since you never know the size when ordering online, and then after fitting the perfect bikini, you return the other sizes which do not fit.

Well, this company gives you the great "easy" opportunity to return, which you have to pay yourself as well, and then you do not receive a refund, but store credit?!

This is indeed stated in their policy, but again, in 2021, who is reading the policy, because returning is a becoming a "daily habit" nowadays. I admit that this is my own fault but I do not know one single company who is doing this, and I order a lot online.

My advice, search for another bikini/active wear brand who is giving refunds. Hit me up if you want other websites who are more flexible!!

This company is dishonest and deceitful. They have a shady return policy and refused to physically accept the returns from the mail courier and then claim it’s your fault. Unethical. They lie about “sustainability” and try to milk the “small business” angle. They pay for social media followers and positive reviews to further mislead customers. Do not purchase from here. They are unethical.

Had to pay £37 additional of duties and taxes to fedex on top of the order

They do not offer monetary refunds, you only get a credit in form of a voucher. AND the customer has to pay for returns to Latvia! There are tons of other brands with nice clothes and more customer friendly conditions - so better don’t buy at this shop!

On the main page of the website it says ‘easy return’, which is a total lie! You can sent your items back but they don't offer refunds!! You only get a voucher.. I ordered multiple sizes because in the reviews I read that the sizing is a bit odd. Big stupid mistake.. The voucher is useless for me, I already have the bikini in the right size.

The bikini I ordered wasn't what I expected it to be and how it was shown on the website. After returning everything (on own costs), I had to pay. They don't do refunds and I got a voucher (which I won't use...)

Don't buy from this dishonest company that doesn't have a standard of customer service.
- Their "1-3 day" shipping within Europe takes 2 weeks (I live in Berlin)
- They charge you for shipping, and your only option is the expensive "express" shipping
- They don't offer refunds - only credit. However, you have to pay for shipping to send back your items, and then pay for shipping again when you use your credit, so you end up paying for expensive, scam "express" shipping 3 times that takes 2+ weeks to arrive
- They appear to sell out of sizes and colors often, making the "exchange" pointless. When I went to order a different size for the bikini top, they were sold out of most sizes and colors, so I had to buy a completely different thing and risk it not fitting
- Their customer reviews are also a sham. They only show customers who rated their products with 4 or 5 stars. I left 2 1 star reviews for the bikini I ordered, and 2.5 months later, it's not showing up on their website.
