We placed an order on June 6 and paid for rush shipping and additional $12.95 as it said it would be here within 5 to 7 business days. They did not arrive until June 26. The material is awful, so if you want to return them, you also are responsible for shipping. My suggestion, findi elsewhere. It is not worth the price that seems affordable

LOVE this bathing suit! It is comfy and has good coverage (iykyk) and shipping was quick and easy

Very poor customer service . Took 3 weeks to receive a tracking number . Was told it was shipped out several days ago and when I looked up the tracking info it is still at the company . I asked for a refund they will not answer me . Will never order from here again

One word BEAUTYFULL

Ordered a swimsuite that said UV light could pass to get tanned under it. When it came, it was totaly transparant. I could rather go naked :( :(
DONT BUY!!!

I am from Canada and I bought two bikinis. Both with tie-tops and high-waisted bottoms. Unfortunately, as excited as I was to get these items, I noticed several issues upon receiving & trying on the garments.

1) One of the bottoms I ordered had not been made correctly; the string was installed upside down. This was later addressed by customer support :)

2) The sizing chart is inaccurate, mostly for the bottoms. I changed my initial sizing once reading the sizing chart, which was the wrong move. This is more of an international sizing issue, sizing with actual measurements w/ units rather than a 'size' would be most beneficial.

3) The tops looked nothing like how the models are wearing them because the pad in the top makes your boob look vertically squished. Also, the lower band needs to be at least twice as wide to ensure ANY kind of proper boob support.

4) The bottoms are not high-waisted enough, not a true high-waist that would reach the belly button.

5) I received no shipment confirmation email at all. I got a call from UPS that I was positive was a scam (turned out not to be, but still sketchy). Nothing official was ever sent in regard to shipping.

I kept them because I HATE returning online orders (I will likely resell the smaller suit) It's always a hassle and sometimes you never get the money back. They also failed to properly inform consumers that you have to pay additional import tax in some countries like mine. So that was an extra $40 CAD.

To summarize, the items aren't unusable, but they aren't great. I would not purchase again unless they do some design improvements in regard to sizing, support, and improve quality control.

Update and disclaimer #1 (Spring 2021): This is only my first impression of the garments. I have no knowledge of how they perform while wearing them in water. The company has been very kind and receptive to my questions. The purple paisley bottoms are part of a collection that was made larger, they fit more like a North American medium, but are labeled as small. I'm more disappointed with UPS about all the shipping.

Update #2 (Fall 2021): Summer has ended and I have new thoughts. I ended up only wearing the Purple Paisley suit. It was comfortable to wear and the top shape bothered me less as I wore it (I didn't wear the pads, they created the problem and I'd rather have a normal boob shape). The suit did well while I was tanning and I noticed fewer tan lines overall. I did not get to test out the quick-dry aspect like I wanted (weather/timing never really permitted), but since it's mesh it obviously dries faster. You do need to do some "landscaping" for these suits though; they're mesh and hair will poke through the mesh.
