Swimsuits are poor-quality, drop-shipped products. The material is single-lined, uncomfortable, and see-through. The return policy requires you to pay shipping to China, which would have been over $200. I should have known better. Buyer beware.

I placed an order in February for two swimsuits - after 4 months with NO delivery, I reached out the company. Their email response was bizarre (not at all professional), indicating that they could not deliver to the address I provided (it was a DPO). I provided a different address, and they assured it would be mailed out shortly. Well, it's been 3 more months, and still no delivery. When I followed up for the 3rd time, their response was: "the package is returned ,due to your wrong address"

The address I provided was correct, and they never reached out to me to indicate that it was returned - it's been 8 months since I placed this order! I am demanding a refund, but the "company" has now gone silent.

This is the most bizarre interaction I have had with a so-called business. They just never send the items unless you follow up? And then when you do, they provide curt, unprofessional responses?

I want my money back at this point, and will continue to reach out to them and my bank, until the situation has been resolved. AVOID SUNIKINI AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible horrible customer service! I placed an order with express shipping. I received no email confirmation of my order, therefore a week after the order was placed, I emailed customer service (this is THE ONLY WAY to get in touch with them) asking them the status of my order and to cancel my order if it had not been delivered yet. I've been going back and forth with them about canceling my order and getting a refund WHEN THEIR WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES refunds will be provided if orders has not been shipping out yet. I received my order 15 DAYS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER WHEN I HAD PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING! I am still in communication with them trying to get them to pay for my return shipping cost (that the customer has to pay for) since my order was not shipped yet when I told them to cancel it!!! WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

you can tell that this is in their business model as they quickly give you discount 20%-30%.

I ordered $350 worth of swimsuits. I disliked every single one and found that to return them it was $70 for the cheapest return option. I put them in the mail and I’ve not received a refund and it has been three months. Now I am out $350 for the swimsuits and another $70 to mail them back.

I ordered two suits from Sunikini. They arrived and had a very strong, offensive odor, so strong that I was not able to even set the package in my bedroom it was permeating everything. I contacted the company to request a return to which they said they would give me a 20% coupon. I insisted upon a return and they agreed as long as I paid the shipping. I went to the UPS store to return and the cheapest shipping was $121 back to the address they provided in China. The company has not responded to my subsequent emails at all. I would never chose to purchase a suit from this company again and would not recommend to anyone else.

I ordered 1 suit, 2 weeks later i get a message that is was delivered in the mailbox but it wasn't. I try to get in contact but they didn't believe me that is wasn't delivered. I have repeatedly reached out the company asking for repeat or cancelling the order. To date, no one has responded on that question, they just say that is delivered. I'm so furieus about the customer service. I will not recommend this company. I have to pay for something that didn't arrived.

Not even 1 star- similar experience to others. Ordered 2 items, received only 1. The one I did get didn’t fit so want to return it and also be refunded for the item that didn’t show. Have tried to contact them via email as they stated in their returns/refunds. No reply. Messaged via messenger in Facebook. No reply. Currently £70 down. Not impressed. Would absolutely not recommend buying anything from them at this point!

I ordered two items and received only one. So I wrote to customer service without getting a response. When I wrote again, they finally replied that the item was out of stock, even though it is still available for sale in all sizes on the website. I am now waiting for a refund for an item I paid for three months ago but have not received.

SECOND UPDATE: I just received my bank statement, and Sunikini indeed refunded me for the items I never received. It took a long time, but now I feel better about my experience and I wanted to update anyone here. If you had a similar experience, keep trying and good luck!

UPDATE! I am keeping the one star for now, but they did contact me after I posted this review. I will see what they do and adjust my review accordingly.

I ordered 3 suits from this company in January. One arrived about 2 weeks after ordering, and it's OK. The other 2 suits have never arrived. I have repeatedly reached out the company asking for an eta for the rest of the order, a replacement or a refund. To date, no one has responded to a single one of my emails.

Terrible service. Can not make returns because this is from China. Here is what they told me.

I don’t usually review but I’m about to make a second order with this company sunikini because my daughter and I just used our swimsuits we purchased a couple of months ago from
Sunikini. And we both love the fit and the colors. Shipping time did take awhile, we love on the east coast of US and I would say 4 weeks it took. But we had no problems

This has been a terrible experience. I ordered three suits and tried them on the day I got them. None of them fit right (I've ordered from other companies with similar sizes and they've worked well). I immediately reached out that day to request a return. Their website reads that you can return items within a 30 day window as long as they are in original packaging, have their tags, aren't worn or washed... all of which I qualified for. I didn't hear back from them. I emailed them again 3 days later, and again 3 days after that. I also reached out on facebook. I am so angry. This is wrong! Do not order from them!!

Would not even give it a 1 star if I could. SCAM ALERT EVERYONE! Ordered 3 swimsuits, contacted them to return them for a shipping label and never received any reply after numerous attempts. I reported them to the BBB as well.

I placed an order and got 3 bathing suits. was unsure of a S or M so I did 1 of each. The bottoms are a drastic difference in size. The material looks NOTHING like advertised on the website. This website also sells the same things on CUPSHE and multiple websites. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I now have to return all items and pay for shipping back to CHINA.

I ordered a few bikinis naively thinking that it would be an easy process to return any unwanted items. The reality couldn’t be further from the truth as no one from customer service will send me a return form. Please do not order any items unless you are certain they will 100% meet your needs. Furthermore, it appears that there is a significant charge per item returned so be aware. Lastly, some items vary from the images on the website and the quality of the fabric and engineering is lower than expected.

The order came in good timing but the swimsuits didn't fit so I needed to return the items. In order to return the items, they have to be shipped to China at a cost to me. To ship something to China it is $50 -$100 which is an astronomical cost which makes it impossible to return so I have to eat $100 and don't have a swimsuit. Do NOT order from this company.

Ordered Swimsuits with express shipping.. showed up 4 weeks later. (after i was already home from vacation).. only half of the order. They do not accept phone calls and still got stuck with the price for express shipping. Only time they return emails are in the middle of the night and very vague. Can not return, cuz I never got it all.

This is a scam! Don't buy anything and don't make any payments on this sunikini web site.
Unfortunately I placed my order and made payment before I could read all these true negative feedbacks and reviews.
I prepaid 111$ for 2 swim suits +delivery which says items will be delivered in 7-12 days. So my order was made on Sunday 30 of September. Today is Thursday 3d of October. I haven't received any single email regarding my payment or order delivery. I sent already 4 emails asking them to cuncel my order. But got no response on any of my email and the Chinese phone number which is provided on thier Web side sends you in Chinese language to voice mail. It's a fake and scam website. Be careful and don't make any payments on it.

I ordered 3 bikinis which arrived over a month later in 2 separate parcels, They were poor quality and super small on sizing- had many emails exchanged as I tried to return them and kept being fobbed off with offers of parcel refunds. I then stupidly ended up paying to return the items to China from the UK, they owe taxes on the parcel and wont pay. I have now raised a clam with my credit card company- its interesting how there appears to be many AI generated amazing reviews on here and then the real story of 1 or 2 stars!
