I am extremely disappointed with my experience with NOBL Travel. On April 8th, 2026, I placed an order totaling $733.25 CAD for three items: a leather tag, an "All-in-one" carry-on, and an "All-in-one 28" check-in bag.
Although the tracking status indicates that the "full order" was delivered on April 11th, I only received the leather tag. It is worth noting that the FedEx shipping documentation explicitly lists the package weight as 3.5 lbs (1.59 kgs) and the total piece count as 1. This is a physical impossibility for an order containing two large suitcases.
I have attempted to resolve this through their customer service department, but the communication has been unacceptably slow and unhelpful. It has now been three weeks since my initial contact, and I am still without the luggage I paid for. With my vacation fast approaching, I am left in a very difficult position.
If this is not resolved immediately with either a refund or an overnight shipment of my missing items, I will be forced to initiate a chargeback/dispute with my credit card provider.

I received the case after waiting about one month. It wasn't as spacious as I expected due to the exterior pockets and asked for them to honor their 100 day return policy. They said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours and then never contacted me again. I reached out to customer service but they haven't responded in a week.

I ordered my luggage about 3 weeks ago. I received the weekender bag, the collapsible bags, metal water bottle and luggage tag within a week. I still have yet to get my luggage. They say they ship out of Las Vegas, and honestly I could have drove there in 10 hours to pick it up if that was an option. I cannot get any info from the useless AI help chat and after multiple emails, I still have not heard back from them. The number I did finally find to call customer service doesn’t work. After spending this large amount of money on the entire set, I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed. Looking at their delivery times, I thought I would have my luggage to go to England. Nope. Nothing. Maybe the luggage will be great if it ever gets here but I’m pretty close to just returning it all because of the lack of customer service. To be rated so high for the pieces, you would think they would actually communicate with their customers. Have I said how beyond frustrated I am for paying so much and still not knowing where my pieces are?? I did get a generic email stating that my package was given to UPS on Saturday. I’m very doubtful since I have not received any info from UPS and because I can get stuff from 2 states away in a matter of a couple days.

My experience speaking with Jace Wallers from the Customer Service Team was wonderful and very productive. I ordered a Travel Pillow back on March 20, 2026 and still did not receive it. I wrote to Nobl Support several times and got no response. Finally today, I got an email. I was advised to call and I reached Jace Wallers. He was very understanding and sympathetic when I told him how long I had been waiting for m y order to arrive and he told me there were problems at your end and he would do everything in his power to get the travel pillow to me ASAP. I explained that I needed the pillow because I am leaving on vacation by the end of the month. I advised him that if I didn't receive it by the time of my trip I would have to cancel the order and I will request a refund since It was already charged and paid for. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have made a purchase 3 week ago. Order shows delivered, all I got was the water bottle bottle out of 3 items, a carry on and mid size bag. They don’t let you know anything, so far it’s been a scam and will be contacting credit card company next. They can have there $600 water bottle back.
I love the generic Ai response. Still no real person bothers to reach out and explain how they are going to fix this.

Love the look of my Nobl carry on - however I was just stopped from using my piece as a “ carry on” as it was deemed too large from the handle ( pushed in) and the wheels
So just be aware that their carry on is a bit too large as carry on as far as the 3 major carriers are concerned! But still love it:)

No phone number at all, chat leads in circles with no textbox available to ask a question or raise a concern, they send MANY emails and answer none after AI promising a response in 24-48 hours. I requested a RMA number to return my purchase and they have not responded in 2 weeks. My next stop is BBB and credit card reversal.

I ordered an entire set of luggage (3 pieces of luggage + 1 garment bag) and all its matching accessories in Sand color in February 2026. So far, I have received only 2 out of the 3 pieces of luggage. I am still waiting for my 28" check-in luggage (the most important luggage) for more than 2 MONTHS now. It has already missed 3 of my trips. I was promised it would be available last week, but nothing has been delivered yet. The latest information from customer service today is that they will prioritize delivery once the item becomes available in their Dubai warehouse. I have no clue when that will be, as they also do not provide me with a date when it will be available. At one point, one customer service agent suggested that I change my order to a different color! That is unbelievable, considering that I already have the rest of the collection in sand color.
I understand that the 28" Sand check-in luggage is currently available on their US website. They should have at least organized to ship luggage from their US website to sort this issue. I am sure that the shipping cost of 1 luggage will be minimal for their massive business.
It has been a frustrating experience. Hope this will be over soon.

Very disappointing experience. It has been over a week since I placed my order, and their customer service still cannot even locate it. I have received no clear updates, no tracking information, and no resolution. It is extremely frustrating to spend money with a company that seems unable to manage basic order processing. I expected much better service and communication. I would not recommend ordering from them based on my experience.

Overall, I’m happy. Nobl made everything right. There was a lot of confusion at first, when my two big suitcases were canceled after sending me the free items. Then I was charged for the free items, and then I was sent the suitcases after reaching a human. My only complaint is that their customer service is AI.

Nobl Luggage is not meant for check in/travel. I used mine for the 1st time and it arrived caved in on the top portion close to where the handle is. Not sturdy to withstand the loading/handling process.

Well - my order said all was delivered on March 21st and only my carry on was delivered - I have been trying to get a straight answer answer on the larger luggage piece - with multiple emails and they cannot even give me a tracking number - this is ridiculous and extremely disappointing

Don’t waste your money buying Nobl, getting ahold of their customer service is ridiculous. I ordered a suitcase and it took over a month to get here from customs and then it arrived broken. I then received a replacement and it got lost with the shipping carrier I finally just told them to forget it. The Nobl quality isn’t that good, it’s made of cheap plastic. It took me leaving bad reviews before I could get ahold of someone. Jayden from Nobl customer service did reach out and has been so helpful from the start. Once you get ahold of a customer service rep and not an AI person their customer is good but you have to get ahold of someone.
So if you don’t want to go through the hassle that I did, I suggest you don’t buy from Nobl. Their suitcases also look cheaply made. Which is disappointing because you pay all that money for a suitcase. I would be cautious about buying from them because if you do have to place a warranty claim you may not get anybody to help you because you can’t get ahold of customer service. They then reached out and asked me to change my review, why would I change my review? Overall my Nobl experience wasn’t good and I won’t be purchasing from them again.
