Don’t waste your money buying Nobl

Don’t waste your money buying Nobl, getting ahold of their customer service is ridiculous. I ordered a suitcase and it took over a month to get here from customs and then it arrived broken. I then received a replacement and it got lost with the shipping carrier I finally just told them to forget it. The Nobl quality isn’t that good, it’s made of cheap plastic. It took me leaving bad reviews before I could get ahold of someone. Jayden from Nobl customer service did reach out and has been so helpful from the start. Once you get ahold of a customer service rep and not an AI person their customer is good but you have to get ahold of someone.

So if you don’t want to go through the hassle that I did, I suggest you don’t buy from Nobl. Their suitcases also look cheaply made. Which is disappointing because you pay all that money for a suitcase. I would be cautious about buying from them because if you do have to place a warranty claim you may not get anybody to help you because you can’t get ahold of customer service. They then reached out and asked me to change my review, why would I change my review? Overall my Nobl experience wasn’t good and I won’t be purchasing from them again.

This luggage is garbage

This luggage is garbage
I treated myself to the carryon roller bag for Christmas. My first use was a trip to Croatia. On one of the return flights on a smaller plane it had to go into the belly of the plane. It was a quick 2 hour flight from Croatia to Paris & it came back with a dent in the corner. I contacted customer service & they told me to file a claim with the airline. So much for “durable materials” & lifetime warranty!!

great product too long to receive great follow up

First let me say that I am very excited and very pleased with the suitcases that I have received from Nobl. I love the weight and the color of the suitcases. However, I was concerned about the long amount time that I had to wait for the suitcases to come. I ordered them the First week of March and did not revive the luggage until the 4th week of April.

I got call today from Nobl and I was very pleased with there follow up after I had expressed dissatisfaction with the long time it took to receive the items. She explained that the some of the items were delayed on customs and was the reason for my not receiving them in there usual time . She clarified also that as a company they take there reviews seriously and that I had received numerous request for review of items because it is automated. I explained that they were asking for reviews on items that I had not yet received and had not used because it would have been used in conjunction with items I had not yet received or used. Sharon from the review team was very helpful and explained how I could use the gift card on a future purchase. I told her that I had wanted an additional item but was reticent to buy due to the long wait I had experienced . She was apologetic and offered me help to make another purchase as well as assistance and assurance that my delay was not usual practice and that my new purchase should arrive within 20 days. Sharon was extremely helpful and I am really impressed with the companies follow through,
I told her that maybe they might consider creating a bag that did not fold open in the middle but rather was deep and closed from the top . She rec commended that I include that information in this follow up for their design team to consider. I am very pleased with this interaction and would recommend this company as being responsive to their customers and am looking forward to using their luggage.

Two toned easter package

As of today, all I can comment on is that everything got here quickly and it looks ready to go. The trip the Easter Package Deal was bought for isnt until July, so it will be awhile before I can really comment on use and durability.

So far, my only complaint is that I ordered the powder blue set. The set showed all items would be powder blue, the shipment email showed all items would be powder blue. However, both the water bottle and the packing cubes came in the dark blue color choice.
As it is, my teen daughter (who is the one that picked the color and paid for the luggage) likes the dark blue water bottle, and doesnt mind the dark blue packing cubes.
And really, the colors do compliment each other well, but I think some communication about sending the darker color would have been nice.

Contacted them for return RMA but never received a response. It’s also impossible to chat on their website since return is not an option to choose for a chat.

Brody was great, and very professional.

Even though Nobltravel could not provide me with exactly the product I needed, the customer support was outstanding once I was in contact with the right person. Poor customer service/Missing Delivery

Poor customer service. Placed an order on March 29 for 11 piece set as advertised with an est arrival of April 6. 1 month later and all I have received is accessory dust cover. There is no phone number and chat is only AI. Emailed the order # of the dust cover and was told they can't fine my order based on that, they will research and get back in 48 hours. I immediately email the total order number and no reply. This will not be in time for my daughters graduation gift. I still do not have a resolution. This is my second order with Nobl and was planning on ordering for more family members. Unfortunately, this has been a terrible experience and has ruined my gift for my daughter. While the products are very nice, this company does not appear to care about it's customers. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Still no order or update

I placed an order on April 5th and it is still not arrived or shipped. When I placed the order, at no point was it indicated that my items were “on back order.” The only responses that have gotten are AI generated via email with no end in sight. I’m confused as to why they continue to promote huge sales, when the products they are selling are on back order. I travel for a living and am thoroughly disappointed in this experience.

Still NO Luggage! -30 days after $655 spent

30 days after spending $655 and still NO luggage. I placed my order on March 27, 2026 and received email notification that my order was received. The next day I received an email that my order had been shipped in two separate shipments (one with a UPS tracking number and one without). I received the shipment with the part of my order that had the luggage tags, water bottle, weekend tote and packing cubes). However, I still have not received the most important part- the SUITCASES! The automatic AI bot replies to my inquires into my missing order reply with the same message stating that it’s delayed in “customs”. Interestingly, I keep receiving marketing emails daily about their sales and the website still states established delivery dates are 3-5 days for the same luggage I ordered. Beware! Do not order NOBL luggage as you may not get your order in a timely manner or at all. I haven’t received my two suitcases after 30 days!
Too bad because I travel for work and tell everyone I know about my experience.

Missing items - lack of customer service

I purchased 2 checked bags that were part of promotion being held on 4/4/26 and they were supposed to come with Travel covers, Air Tags and a $50 Gift Card. One bag appeared to ship quickly but then was stuck at the UPS terminal stating it missed the trailer. The second bag didn't ship. After waiting several days, I reached out to NOBL and was told that my inquiry would be escalated. I never heard back from anyone. So, I reached out again, and still didn't get a reply back. However, both bags showed up on the same day 4/24/26. There wasn't a travel cover included with one of the bags and we didn't get the nobl air tags that were promised in the promo. I sent an email on 4/25 inquiring about the missing items, but did not get a response. I emailed again today, 4/27 and am still waiting on a response. We leave next week for and it sure would be nice to have the travel cover for the one suitcase and our air tags. I think we'll enjoy using the bags. I already had a carry on bag that I purchased last year from Nobl and really like it. The quality of their bags is impressive, but I do think at regular price, they are priced way to high. And I am not impressed with their customer service at all!!

I’m very happy with the luggage, so far

I’m very happy with the luggage. My wife and I both bought a set of the Easter Travel Bundle. The only thing that is a bit troubling is that I ordered my wife’s set the day after mine and she has received all of her set where I still haven’t received all of mine. Even after emailing Nobl I was told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours about the piece that’s missing. It’s been 5 days since that conversation and still nothing.

A total nightmare, do not buy anything from this company!

Extremely frustrated with the lack of service and follow-through from NOBL Travel. I placed two orders (#552781 and #586544) and have had a nightmare experience with both. I am missing a check-in bag, a carry-on bag, and an e-gift card from my first order. Despite reaching out over a dozen times, they have not shipped the items or refunded me. I’ve asked for a return label multiple times to send back the few items I did receive, and they simply won't send it. I also canceled my second order before it even shipped, and while they apologized for the "back-and-forth," they still haven't processed the refund or confirmed the cancellation. Their support team told me they would "immediately assist" if I dropped my bank inquiries, but even after doing so, they have missed every deadline I’ve set for them. Save yourself the headache and buy your luggage elsewhere. I am now forced to file formal disputes with my bank and the BBB.

Buyer beware.

Received part of my order and it was damaged. I emailed them immediately and got a fast email response. Told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. Must have been AI since have not heard in 72 hours. Sent 3 more emails and no response. I will not be in area if they send my order and it will sit for 6 months if not stolen from my porch. I explained all this in the 3 emails. No answers. This feels like a scam. No phone number to contact them.

Customer service was very responsive.

I ordered luggage from Nobl travel. I first received part of my order. I let them know right away that I didnt receive the 2 suitcases. They immediately said they would send again with upgrade. They came as expected within 7 days. So far I have not used them yet but I am very satisfied on how they look and feel. Can't wait to use them.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered $700+ worth of luggage before traveling in November, and the package wasn't delivered properly (we live in a condo, and it was left outside, with no notifcation of the delivery), and we filed a complaint in November, and have been following up on a weekly basis to get a resolution (a refund as we had to re-purchase the luggage), and all we get is a generic email that "someone will call us" and not ONE person has called in 5 months. Extrememely unacceptable for how much we spent on the luggage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

No Real Customer Service Response

I emailed them twice within one week about a small issue, but I keep receiving automated responses from AI. It supposedly says it will forward the issue to a real customer service representative, but no one has gotten back to me for a week.

Overall Customer Service

Although there was a delay in getting my Carry On, all other portions of my order delivered promptly and well packaged. The aforesaid delay was ultimately caused by a delay in customs, which is no fault of Nobl. Customer Service provided me a nice gift card for the inconvenience without hesitation. Customer Service was outstanding!

BUYER BEWARE - Scam company. All promises, no results

I placed my order in Early March 2026. We are now in late April and still no luggage. I received a cheap luggage tag, a water bottle as "free gifts". After multiple e-mails, still no credit, no way of cancelling the order and no way to call anyone. BUYER BEWARE!! They claim the product ships from the U.S. warehouses but the only e-mail response I have received thus far says that the product is stuck in Customs with no updated shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM NOBL Travel.

Never received order or response from customer service

I placed my order on 4/3 for a carry on + check in bag along with additional bonus items. It was estimated to arrive in 3-5 days and ship out immediately and that it was in stock. I kept receiving junk emails like "we're inspecting the quality of your item"... "we're packing it up"...and then finally received an email on 4/10 that it was shipped via UPS and I'd be able to track it. No tracking number was sent. I sent a follow up email the same day requesting the tracking number. I got a response from AI saying they cannot handle my request and that an actual person would follow up with me and solve my question within 24-48 hours. I never received a reply. I sent a couple more emails trying to get in contact as my trip is coming up this weekend.

I finally reached out to their social media accounts tonight. I sent them both private messages. They posted content immediately after I messaged and I left a comment on the post asking to please get a response. They deleted my comment and blocked me on Facebook. On Instagram, it was just deleted. I noticed many other comments got deleted as well. They have put out 4 more social media posts in the last couple hours since this happened. Perhaps they should stop trying to get more orders they cannot fulfill or custom service they cannot respond to and hire more customer service instead.

I leave for my trip this weekend. After being blocked, I noted this with my credit card company. It is a new low to delete comments from customers and block them for mentioning they would like their emails or private messages responded to.

At this point, I'm likely just going to have to buy a last minute suitcase in person. Incredibly frustrating process and the worst customer service I've ever received. Order #570839.

This was placed a month in advance for my trip.
