I bought a suitcase and carry-on on sale. I was expecting $600 quality at a great price. What I received was quality that was questionable for the $300 I paid. But I though I was OK because the website advertised a 100day trial. When I requested to make a return of the new un-used in original packing luggage 9 days after I received it I was told returns could only be made within seven days.
When I returned to the website, it did say 100day returns in multiple places. I also noticed that there was another time-limited sale with a countdown clock, very much like the sale I used. I returned to the site after the "deadline" only to see there was another sale with the same count-down clock. This was true on 2 more occasions. The percentage off ranged from 48-52%. This tells me that these are not true sales and they are inflating the "original" price so they can advertise a great sale.
100day trial with full satisfaction guaranteed or could be returned.

I haven't received my product or any communication on whats happening with the product. Delivery times take waaay to long. I would like a refund so I can purchase the product somewhere else.

I haven’t taken this carry-on on a trip yet, but I wanted to share my first impressions because I’m really impressed so far.
First of all—the hot pink color is EVERYTHING. It’s super vibrant and honestly just makes me happy looking at it. Also feels like it’ll be impossible to miss at the airport.
What surprised me most is how lightweight it is. Like, noticeably lighter than I expected, which is a huge plus for a carry-on. The wheels are super smooth—I rolled it around my apartment and it glides really easily.
The handle feels solid, no issues there, although the built-in phone holder is a little tricky to flip out (not a dealbreaker, just something to note).
Inside, it’s nice and roomy with a well-thought-out layout. I especially like the front pocket for laptop/computer stuff—that’s going to be really convenient for travel.
Shipping was a bit delayed because it got held up in customs, but I have to give credit where it’s due—the customer service and communication from Nobl were great throughout, which made a big difference.
Overall, I’m really happy with it so far and excited to actually travel with it. I’ll update after a trip, but first impressions are very strong!

I have reached out to this company several times in order to return two items which were recently purchased. All they have done is ask for my order and confirmation numbers, which i provided, and then told me on 2 separate occasions that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours - didn’t happen.
I should have done some research before make this purchase- other complaints about the lack of response and support.

I received my check in and weekender with 7 days of ordering. Fast efficient service, I then ordered the check in but ordered the wrong size, I immediately sent an email and got a response to send me the correct size. I was communicated with through the entire process! Enjoying my new luggage and would certainly give them a five stars again!!!!!

The luggage is well built. Very pretty colors. Wheels are very sturdy and glide smoothly.

Quick shipping and easy to start using immediately! I have not travelled with it yet (next week) but have been using it at my desk chair since I will sit for hours doing crafts . This cushion makes that so much more comfortable! I will say it is not comfortable on bare legs should you be wearing shorts or something and would need a soft cloth to cover in that instance!!

The package I bought had 2 pieces on back order my trip was in 2 weeks. They upgraded the pieces back ordered and shipped immediately. They never asked me for the difference in price, just what could be done to get items to me for my trip. The suitcases were beautiful, versatile
came with tags and airpod, stainless steel water bottle.
Instructions on how to use all components, and it looks great. Leave tomorrow and I am all set.

Warning! Scam company. They need to sell luggage online because it is so cheaply made and poor quality that they could never sell in store. My luggage fell apart AFTER OPENING THE PACKAGE. Didn't even do any travelling. They then refused to give me a refund despite the "100 day guarantee."

Got mine. For what I read, there wasn’t good reviews but I tried it myself and honestly I love it!! I don’t regret it at all, the luggage is stunning and the customer service was completely worth it! Sasha is amazing, she knows how to have a happy client. I’m happy with my purchase, I can’t wait to try it on my trip to Asia in four months!!

Company automatically includes many add-ons to the product orders that you cannot opt out of including package protection and the "free" Air Tracker and subscription. Do not be fooled by this. They charge you the subscription price before they ever ship the product out to you so the "free trial" is a scam since the trial expires before you get the product. Then you get the subscription charge and they will not refund it. The luggage may or may not be good (I have yet to receive it), but the luggage seems like fishing bait to get you into all their "free" and add-on products which cannot be opted out of or refunded. Customer service is horrible, and I would not recommend regardless of product.

It has been almost 8 weeks and I still do not have my luggage. My trip came and went and all I get are the same automated emails that completely ignore my request for a refund. I continue to receive emailsa from Noble asking me to review the luggage that I never received. The customer service phone number is also fake (no answer) but I keep getting emails directing me to call them. Filed a missing package claim with UPS- nothing. I have flown twice since I ordered and have been looking for Nobl products in the airports (both domestic and international) and I don't see anyone with these bags. Total scam.

Placed an order on 3/29. Only received part of my order. 2 pieces (carry-on & check in all-in-one never received. $600 order. Received an email that stated it was shipped, but no tracking info provided. When I followed up received a reply stating my shipment was stuck in customs but deliveries have resumed. That was 10 days ago and still no updated tracking. Emailed customer service 2 additional times, no response. Tried to send an email to cancel & request a refund. No response. No ability to call & speak to a live agent. Do not recommend.

The products are fantastic. Where it breaks down is customer service. My first purchase, a carry-on, was great. Arrived quickly, no issues, great product. I liked it so much I decided to purchase a checked bag. I’m moving and thought it would be great to use on the airplane. The suitcase had a estimated arrival date of 4/27, which was 10 days after the order date. As there were no issues with shipping on my last order, I had no hesitation in placing the order. Last week when I’d gotten a few emails saying things like “your item is going through last quality control checks”, “ready to ship” but no movement of the actual shipping, I sent them an email. I let them know that I was moving and would not be available to receive the item after 4/29. They stated that the item was back ordered and not yet fulfilled. I then requested that the order be cancelled as I will not be able to receive or retrieve the suitcase. They refused stating that as it was in the fulfillment pipeline and could not be cancelled, and that I could return it once it had been delivered. I again explained that I would not be able to receive it and requested that they escalate to cancel. Still no response. Either they use AI bots disguised as human customer service agents or they truly do not care about repeat business. It’s such a shame because it’s truly a fantastic product. Were they flexible with allowing me to cancel, I would have re-purchased, probably more than once. If you want a fantastic suitcase and get lucky that you don’t need customer service, you might risk giving them your business. Otherwise steer clear!

After 12 follow-ups since April 1st, I finally received a response stating the missing item is “out of stock” — something that was never communicated at the time of purchase or shipment.
I’ve now been given another open-ended promise of “priority fulfillment” once restocked, but no firm shipping date.
At this point, I’ve requested either confirmed shipment within 48 hours or a full refund for the undelivered items. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I will be proceeding with a chargeback.
Very disappointing experience so far.

Only part of my order 563183 has shipped to me, I have sent multiple emails asking for an update on delivery of the remaining pieces including the luggage itself. Only received auto response to this point. Been nearly a month since placing order.
