I have used them for a number of months, when you do win big and try to withdrawer monies its like the Krypton factor, so many hoops to jump through, I actually ended up in hospital with erratic heart beat so upset they made me feel.

When I challenged them for an explanation as to why I had been debited £263.00 they insisted I had made the deposit.
For clarification and for you all to recognise, I only ever deposit ROUND sum's into my account i,e 25.00, 30.00, 50.00, 100.00
Why would I deposit such a strange sum?

Found this site thought great a new site should be good. How wrong could I be!!! They took deposit after deposit after deposit until I win then started saying I needed to verify my account to get paid out yet continued to take deposits. Sent all ID'S and they have deliberately delayed uploading my documents to verify me. Went on chat with support was told wait 20min and come back so waited 4 hours and went back to chat where I was told I would have to wait another 24 hours. They refused to pay back to the bank card what made the original deposits and I am still not verified and still awaiting almost £1700. Complaints procedure next!!! They Have had my withdrawal pending for over 1 week yet continued to take deposits!!! Be warned stay clear.

Very disappointed. A nice site but verification and withdrawals process is just too slow. With so many sites offering a much quicker process it's very disappointing to have to wait so long with no definite timescales. I signed with no bonus casino about a 2 months ago, just about a month ago, I was depositing £100 and I accidentally deposited £1000. I requested a withdrawal straightaway when I realised.
