bad service ,support is bad and not helpfull .

I hired their $35 service 5 days later my server was suspended saying that I was sending spam and that I should wait 7 days for them to release it as I didn't accept waiting they canceled my server and didn't even want to refund me it's a scam be careful with them...

Bunch of spammers, never do anything about the spam originating from their network despite 100's or 1,000's of abuse reports. How they are not on all the block lists is beyond me!

Terrible service. Purchased a server and I was unable to connect. Opened a ticket for support and they just said it is working and closed my ticket 3 times.

They suspend my server due to false complains. I have been trying to contact them and never got any replies. It has been 3 days and still no one answers. It is nightmare to have my servers with them. Support is always not available.

Do not avail their service....support esp for unmanaged server is pathetic and they will give wierd answers for any questions asked.
If you miss a payment cycle for any reason, within 1-2 days they will cancel your server and all your data will be GONE!! they will reply like a parrot saying data is gone and so on so forth

Ordered a server, it got stuck at processing and took my money so I emailed them. Over a week later they ended up just refunding me but didn't respond to any emails. I just wanted a server. I also heard from other people after that they don't care for dedis anymore and mainly do transit and colocation. But they should remove the offering than. Had lots of plans for this server and was patiently waiting.

Don't waste your time with this company. Also this the the same company as wholesaleinternet as well and I will be leaving a review there too.

Really good/fast support and great prices! Really recommend it!

Extremely BAD SERVICE, you'll lose your money.
They didn't provide the servers that I bought for 6 days, then they gave me WRONG specs servers and when I asked for refund they ghosted me. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

If you want to get scammed, then nocix.net is a go-to place.

I paid 30$ and they don't provide the server cause they say I'll have to provide address, phone number.
I'm asking for refund but they don't give my money back either.

There are better places to buy RDPs, DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY THERE!!!!!!!!!! They even ghosted me for 2 days after I asked for refund. Such sketchy business.

NOCIX IS A SCAM

I had purchased three times servers and each time they had issues and the third time the server does not log in and finally when it logs in you cannot install software and when you contact support they say we dont allow third party software. Then what are one suppose to do, worship. When I contacted to cancel and refund, that too within 12 hours, they refused and I had to arbitrate through PayPal and they ruled in my favour and refunded. So if you don't want to go through all the trouble stay away from them.
