Purchased one of their budget VPS and had no idea how to use a linux terminal. They helped me through it every way and helped me get my server up and running. I've not experienced any lag at all and very cheap prices compared to other hosting companies.
Perfect service, obviously with the really good background of Oliver/CEO in the business of hosting makes this hosting one of the most cheap and great at the same time. I suggest it so much!
Cheap and Fast VPS and also insane support. I bought web hosting as well, It was my first time and I had a lot of questions, and they answered them quickly and simple, so I could understand everything, I am impressed how fast they helped.
