Originally ordered a boot that the sizing was completely out, via Instagram an advisor helped with organising an exchange and discount with advise on the sizing of different footwear products. Very helpful and tentative to what could have been a negative service originally.

I really thought spending extra would offer me quality. I spent $180 on a pair of Noir loafers that I wear for work only. I only bought the shoes and began this job January 2021 and, keeping in mind that they are just one of five pairs of shoes I wear to work, they are so horribly damage. The only thing that has stopped them both having big holes in the bottom is the rubber on the bottom but the wear on the inside still makes for an uncomfortable shoe. Definitely won’t be investing my money like this in the future

Absolutely love my sandals (jasmine black furry sliders).. Quality & comfort 5* exactly what it says on the tin was what i received! Dispatch was rapid considering i bought them the 16th September they were sent 2nd class and i got them today (19.09.21) The packaging was neat in sleek & slim line shoe box, invoice nicely folded in the lid of the box well wrapped in pink tissue and tissue in the actual foot band to keep the shape. The invoice also stated that the sandals had been checked for imperfections! Which was also was gr8, nobody likes to order shoes and somethings faulty and they got to go back!
I will indefinitely be ordering again from Noirfootwear.com 5*
