Order placed on September 20

Order placed on September 20, 2025. Package arrived in France at UPS on September 24, and since then—nothing. Five emails sent, zero action taken. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They keep apologizing, but nothing actually happens. I paid for the shoes AND the customs duties. Do NOT buy from this company—there are far better e-commerce businesses that actually respect their customers.

Zero customer service

I ordered & paid for shoes for my daughter’s birthday. Delivery was supposed to be 3 days. 15 days later tracking still says the item has not been sent to the courier (Royal Mail) & I have had no news and no response to my messsges. What a terrible experience.

Returns not acknowledged and refunds not issued after 12 days.

How disappointing, a brand trying to compete with high end brands but they don’t have the basic operations in place.

Returns are a part of online shopping, we shouldn’t need to chase a refund, be ignored and have to go through my bank to get my money back. Luckily I returned with tracking and have proof that my return was received 12 days ago. I haven’t had an email of receipt, nor has the refund been issued back to my card.

I’ve emailed twice 4 days apart and both have been ignored, your socials are busy trying to get sales though. I won’t be shopping here again and I wouldn’t recommend you to others.

POOR COMMUNICATION & NO REFUND YET

UPDATE #2: 21/10/25 > Thank you Nokwol for your reply to my review and to your Customer Care Team, Kat, for sorting out my refund. I accept your gift card as a gesture of goodwill, so I've given you one more star (from 2 to 3) on Trustpilot. I do hope that your company will make the necessary improvements in the exchange process, email communication and give a quicker refund process - 15 days is unacceptable. Your after-service care from Kat was great and a definite improvement from my purchase experience, however it will not totally make up for the unpleasant shopping experience with Nokwol. I will enjoy the gift card for Sneaker Charms for my granddaughter. Thank you.

UPDATE #1: 17/10/25 > Finally got my refund 15 days “after” initial approval. When Nokwol finally replied to my last email they processed the refund, but that proves it wasn’t processed on Oct 2nd when they said it was done. Annoying. The refund took about 3 days to clear my bank. So I finally have my money back. It doesn’t change my opinion on this company’s customer service. Not good or acceptable. I’m staying clear of them.

POOR, NEXT TO NIL COMMUNICATION > (ORDER 18336) I did a purchase in Aug 28, but bought the wrong size. I requested an exchange but it took well over 2 1/2 weeks to get the new size. And it took 5-6 emails to get a response at all. The new ones were too small so I asked for a refund. Over a week later they asked if I wanted another size or refund. I said refund. The refund was approved Oct 2 and said it would take 1-5 days to be refunded. Today is Oct 14 and still no refund. It should not take this long for my refund! I emailed 3 days ago for an update on my refund and no response from Nokwol. Terrible customer service! I won’t buy from them again. GIVE ME MY REFUND NOKWOL!!!

Great service in shop and on line.

I visited the shop in Kings Road, Chelsea and the staff were super helpful. I explained I had a welcome voucher which I wished to use and after some time the manager said it could only be used online. I could have purchased and saved everyone a lot of time but I came home and purchased on line. I think this could be changed so the floor staff make their sale. They were really helpful!
