Positive experience. I had received the wrong colour shoes but the team were really kind and sorted it for me quickly. The shoes are great quality and I'm really happy to be supporting a local business.

Managed to resolve my issues but took continual emails and a review to get the resolution.
I would avoid sale items as these are non returnable!

Edit. Company ask for my order number. Not actually then done anything. Won't take calls. Yasmine says on WhatsApp she will ask the store. No urgency. Now forwarding my calls to voicemail. No reply to any emails. REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS AND BANK .

Places express order for 2 pairs of trainers. Not sent after a few days. No reply to email, Whatsapp or phone calls which is just a mobile number.

Really poor communication and still they took my money and no trainers.

Is this even a legitimate company? Ordered a pair of trainers, 5 days later still not dispatched. Numerous emails later they finally said they weren’t in stock and sent a refund after 10 days of going back and forth. Gave me a £25 gift voucher (nice touch, if they actually sent the product you used it for 🤣)
to apologise. Noticed the trainers were back in stock, so re ordered and paid next day delivery. NOTHING. Email sent to request a refund as they are clearly don’t actually send online orders…I wonder how long I’ll wait for this refund! AVOID!!! Customer service is awful & they don’t actually bother sending what you order.

Very disappointed with customer service. Returned a pair of shoes to them 7 days ago and asked for an exchange. Have not heard anything since, no confirmation of exchange and currently out of pocket by £160, one charm in the order has also never shown up and no reply as to where this is.
I have chased via email and no reply has been given.
Would like this resolved with urgency, the exchange given or my money back - so disappointing.

I ordered a pair of Nokwol silver sneakers two Months ago. They are so lovely, shiny, soft soled and made with beautiful leather. I looked for such sneakers for a long time, so I thought I’d order another pair, but could I see them on the website anymore. I sent an email mail to ask if they still had a pair in my size and Kat was super helpful. A they arrived a few days later and I will definitely order from future collections again.

Final Update: They eventually reached out and have processed the exchange as well as sending a free charm and a £25 voucher which I appreciate and have increased the review to three stars accordingly. However for the sake of transparency I won’t increase it to 5 stars and will leave the rest of the original review as I believe it would not have been resolved so quickly if I had not left this review. I appreciate it has now been resolved and hope they improve their communication and proactive rather than reactive customer service in the future.

Terrible customer service. They have ignored every email and message I have sent and I am out of pocket £140 and without the shoes I ordered while they continue to ghost me. Avoid them.

Update: Close of business and still not been contacted about my order. Disappointing is an understatement.

Update 2: Wow you even muted the comment I left on instagram asking for assistance? So you saw it but ignored the request and actively hid it rather than helping? Unbelievable. Why can’t this brand communicate? It’s been more than a week. You have my money and now just blank me because I’m not an influencer singing your praises? Just refund me please.

If anyone reads this thinking of buying from this brand, just don’t.

EDIT 4/9/25 - My original issue has now been resolved successfully by the Nokwol Team. Despite my negative experience with my first order with Nokwol, I am impressed with the brand and their products and hope to place further orders with the company in the future.

EDIT 3/9/25 - I have re-sent the email reply sent to Nokwol on 2/9/25. Please confirm receipt of the email.
Although the Trustpilot reply from Nokwol suggests I haven't responded to them, I can confirm that I accepted the 15% refund on 15/8/25 but received no reply or refund. I chased it up again on 26/8/25 but after receiving no response I submitted the Trustpilot review and I'm pleased it has now triggered some action from the Nokwol team to resolve the issue.

I ordered some trainers which I wanted to return but was unable to do so as they were sale items. There were scuff marks on one of the trainers on delivery and the laces were too short to tie the trainers up. I liaised with Kat regarding my dissatisfaction with the product and was offered a 15% refund for the inconvenience and disappointment. Despite contacting Kat twice now to ask when the refund will be made I have received no reply or refund. Not impressed, must do better.

The customer service has been nothing but exceptional. I had a problem with an order that was dealt with and sorted out without any hassle.
I would definitely recommend purchasing from Nokwol and will be buying from them in the future.

This was my first experience of purchasing a Nokwol trainer, and with meeting one of the Designers and choosing wisely, (as had to go up a size), am now converted and just love them, they're comfortable, trendy and beautifully made. I will be back. Thank you. x

The sandals arrived quickly and they were lovely. Soft comfortable leather, I could wear them all day without having to endure aches and pains.

Following some hiccups with my return the company acknowledged the situation and made a refund prior to receiving the return.

Loved the style and quality of the shoes when they arrived but wished I'd ordered another colour, the customer service team were quick to respond and help me sort this out so I never felt in doubt. I will definitely buy again in the future

Bought a pair of desert boots, style "DAZE". Worn them for about 6 months casually and they are falling apart already, sole falling off, inside material just falling apart. The more Naked Wolfe can distance themselves from this company the better. Awful shoes.

Speedy delivery. Great trainers very comfortable shoe. If I buy another pair I will go up half a size as they are quite snug.
