Sizing is not correct.
I ordered a pair of sneakers, they fitted really small so I've been trying to make a return but the won't answer my emails, now I'm afraid of sending them back and loosing my money... very bad customer service

I've been wanting to get a pair of the emmie boots since forever but the brand hasn't responded to any of my mails and messages sent about the size of the sock's top line, so i can't be sure they will fit me, since i've bought similar boots and they always fit loose on me. How can i buy a pair if that's the kind of customer service they have that does not answer their public :/

PS: PLEASE if anyone reading has bought a pair of emmie boots in size 39 EU (or any size tbh), can i know the size of the top line of the sock? :( you can mail me anapaulahuerta @ hotmail .com

I wouldn’t recommend buying from here. I bought some shoes in January and they were the wrong size so I did an exchange. After a month with no contact that they’ve received them they claimed they haven’t go my shoes until I sent them proof they do through tracked post and they sent a new pair out. In March, I then waited 6 months going back and forth with useless replies from them about where my shoes are along with things that didn’t add up. At first they claimed DPD had them and then later said FedEx have them. Somehow they offered me a refund and I received it but I’m never buying from here again. Awful customer service no help what so ever and honestly think they scammed me. Only gave them 2 stars because I got my refund back.

Could not send me the right pair of shoes. I ordered Bullish in black 3x total and all three times they sent Manifest???? I contacted them about it and their customer service is non existent so I got my bank to do chargebacks. It is insane. This company should not exist

Wish I’d read the reviews before wasting my money. I’d give zero stars if I could. Bought a pair of shoes off their website a week ago, still haven’t arrived even though it says 1-3 working days. Didn’t even get a confirmation email after purchase which should’ve sent alarm bells ringing. Their business practice is a disgrace and I don’t know how this company hasn’t been shut down yet. Sent multiple emails asking what’s going on and had no responses. Their customer service is absolutely non existent. Do not buy from this appalling company.

Don't bother with this terrible shop,

The sizing is completely wrong - they claim to adhere to EU sizes but the centimetres don't match to any of my other EU sized shoes. When I asked about this, their customer service gave me a completely different sizing chart to their website, then the next person I spoke to said to disregard it?

I ordered what I thought was best - EU39 (25.8cm) as my normal shoes are 25.5cm (EU40) but their shoes were definitely NOT the correct CM.

AND their refund policy is strict, 14 days only. EXCEPT no one replies to their email! It honestly takes me 3 working days to get a one sentence response.

Awful quality! Same customer service experience. My shoes was broken in two months, the faux leather has cheap quality, there also was many defects

I ordered a pair of chunky trainers on the 14th of April and they came the next day. Brilliant I thought, they were unfortunately slightly too small and I needed to size up half a size so I searched their website and found they had a ‘simple and quick exchange policy’ however it has been anything but! They do not provide a returns label to you just have to repackage and pay for your return yourself, you must then email them a tracking number and then they ask you to check back with them in a few days to make sure they got it?! They then pretend to not have received it so I was forced to send them evidence of proof of delivery and have been contacting them ever since with no contact back from them. They have not refunded and have not sent me the exchange and have stopped replying!! Terrible customer service and will soon be making a claim. Do not waste your time!

Great shoes, and great customer support. When I first ordered, I received a wrong pair of shoes, mistakes happen, and luckily the customer service answered my email really fast and arranged a return. They immediately resent the shoes I originally ordered, free of charge. Now that I've received them I'm beyond happy.
