If I could give them no stars then I…

If I could give them no stars then I would. Rubbish company producing rubbish "jewellery". I managed to get an agreement to 20% refund (this was all they would pay). However, i was promised this refund between 3 - 5 business days. What a joke, we are now on day 9. I'm an constantly sending emails but are now being completely ignored. I'm going to contact my bank. However, I dont hold out much hope. I feel really stupid about this situation. Please avoid this company 🙏

Unfortunately I am reading all this too late. Got conned as well.
If you raise a query with your bank they will refund the money straight away (bank not seller) I just answered few questions and it was automatic. Good luck .

cheap tat from China. Big con

As so many other reviews say, I have been completely conned by an advert for handmade jewellery by a nice looking lady saying she is retiring and closing her business. Produced in South Korea and China and of extremely poor quality. It needs to be looked into but I doubt anyone will bother. You cannot return it so you just have to swallow being duped. I feel very stupid. Sadly, it will mean I will rarely order anything from individual sellers again if this is the result.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!

Echoing other reviews - terrible quality products - two bracelets snapped in two after only one wear. Customer Service responses on email sound like AI. Offered a 10% refund and to keep broken bracelets - no thanks!

Junk! Total junk!

What a rip off. Handmade jewellery which is cheap rubbish from China, marked as 'South Korean Design' on the cardboard insert. Made of cheap metal, this looks like the sort of thing we had in crackers as kids. Earrings have plastic backs & arrive bent.
The 30-day returns policy is amusing - you have to pay to return this junk to China & are responsible for any customs fees... and they have to receive it within 30 days of delivery. Bear in mind it took over 2 weeks to arrive in the first place, then it took them 4 days of arguing to send returns details as they kept offering discounts to keep the stuff, it is unlikely that any refund would be forthcoming, let alone a full one.
Avoid!!

Absolutely horrendous merchandise from…

Absolutely horrendous merchandise from this site. It trades like an exclusive little , handmade , boutique jewellery shop. Based in York , England. It wasn't until I had placed my order for 2 pairs of earings , and recieved the confirmation email that I became suspicious. Turns out it's a deceitful Chinese knock off company, who supply absolute crap , it takes at least 3 weeks to arrive . They don't answer their emails , apart from a pre written reply !! . Wish I had been more vigilant 😔😕. As good luck to trying to get the money back from this horrendous site ........ Amazon NEED TO SHUT THIS SITE immediately !!! .

Absolutely a con and rip off

Absolutely a con and rip off! Waited weeks for my order I thought the reason for the wait was because it was being beautifully handcrafted as was advertised but it was because it was being imported from China. Absolute cheap plastic rubbish not a real pearl in sight. Annoyed at myself for getting conned especially as the ‘boutique’ owner has conveniently retired and there’s no way to get my money back. I am appalled that people can operate with what is clearly false advertising and get away with it! It’s criminal.

This site should be shut down

This site should be shut down. I ordered some earrings from this site thinking it was from the UK. On paying it transpired it was a seller in China. Took over two weeks to get here. On opening them they were very cheap looking and only worth in my opinion under a tenner. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE AS GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED

Note to prospective clients

Note to prospective clients. It’s sigh regret to inform you that they sell unauthorised non value Chinese costume jewellery - the same that can be purchased at $/£ store - reason I’ve had to jump on here is I was flabbergasted to see a cheap dollar worth product witch I have good evidence (since i use to work with the same wholesaler for pennies being sold 2349% under some folk tale of a woman retiring. Core smells like Victoria secret except at least they offer quality. This unfortunately isn’t worth the prices it’s charging. None are worth or are made of quality material. And will rust within days.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
It's a scam. I ordered some earrings. I received them from CHINA, in a tatty bag. The only way I can describe these earrings is, TEMU would have turned their noses up.
If I want a full refund, I've got to return them to China.

Fraud or Scam

I have not yet received the items purchased, however after reading all the reviews on here, which I'd wish I have had read them before placing the order, I have decided to reach out to Trading Standards UK to report the trader. I've since received some very good advice from Citizen Advice Bureau, and please contact your bank if you paid on cards, under 'chargeback' scheme, which most UK banks would offer, you could claim your money back within 120 days from purchase date. Please reach out and at least try to get your money back.

They claim on their website that they've got 1,500+ satisfied customers, which clearly not the case according to reviews on here, and order tracking number given begins with CN, which suggests the goods are shipping from China. My transaction on bank shown the money pays into NOLA BOUTIQUE CHAI WAN KOK NT.

Received order what a load of tat

Received order what a load of tat. To think I actually paid £22 for some rings that I could have got from temu for pence. Another Chinese scam so much for a sweet little old lady making designer jewellery

Refund given

I made the mistake of looking at Trustpilot after I placed an order. Due to the poor opinion of the jewellery I decided to email and cancel my order. I didn’t hold out much hope of getting my money back but not many days after I was given a full refund. My experience of dealing with this company has been positive
