Just to tell people who buy online

Just to tell people who buy online. Check every website on Trustpilot. Nearly 100% of goods advertised are rubbish from China. Unless I've heard of them , such as M&S, Next, etc etc I don't ever buy. Be warned.

SCAM

I bought this beautiful ring advertised on Pinterest from Nola Boutique, apparently a little old lady retiring from making jewellery. Well I was SCAMMED. the ring does not look at all like the advert.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SHE IS NOT A LITTLE OLD LADY IN ENGLAND. SHE IS SOMEONE IN CHINA

Update: I emailed the company and they offered me 5% ,which I did not accept. Then said I can return it to China at my expense as they don't have return labels.
Now final offer is 20% and keep the ring.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
Thank you trustpilot for giving us a platform to write our experience.

Really poor goods

Really poor goods. My earrings arrived broken and not as stated on site.
All goods shipped from China.
I queried at time of order where Items were coming from when checking despatch tracking site. Knew something was not as advertised when items had been through 2 airports. I paid by credit card so now going into dispute.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. Their products are made in China and are not even a proper metal. If you pulled a xmas cracker, you would have the same quality gift.
Ordered two items, took 3 weeks to arrive. One item was not what I ordered. I emailed them to return the items and obtain a refund. They told me that due to the items being handmade, they don't always look the same as on the website.....they have offered me a 10% discount which I assume is their attempt at humour.

Nova's hell

I can't believe there are such nasty people around , I ordered earrings on this Nola site which cost £ 25.99 . St that price I knew the metal wasn't gold and the stones were probably crystal. However after several weeks the package arrived. I opened it up and was abhorred by what I saw . A pair of plastic earrings more suited to a Christmas cracker. The company are now asking me to return them to China at my expense. Why are these fraudulent companies allowed on line? There should and must be some stringent checks on people/companies before they ae allowed to advertise. Nola boutique a fading retired old Woman having to close ???? More like a deceitful scoundrel robbing people.

TOTAL SCAM

Their question above is an innocent 'what went wrong? Tell us do.' They KNOW full well what went wrong. If only I had read the reviews before ordering. That will teach me! Having now read them AND received the jewellery, I was actually laughing - though not with happiness, with irony. The pieces are AWFUL Truly awful. Tawdry tat. At a reduced (!) £25 approx, each item is cheap and what you might find in a Christmas cracker. Light, small, plastic. No stones. Ugly wire not gold as in photos. Truly horrible and definitely unwearable. I gather the process of costs retrieved, action honoured to return and repay are difficult enough not to bother - an extra headache. Better just to warn everyone and hope they read. TOTAL SCAM.

Seriously...?

I genuinely can’t believe people fall for this... it’s such an obvious scam. Every product image is stolen from legitimate jewellers or lifted straight from Google, often badly... some are pixelated, others still have watermarks. All of the text on the site is full of broken English, which should be your first red flag. And the image of the supposed “sweet old lady” retiring from jewellery is so obviously AI-generated. Please don’t fall for it, this site is preying on people looking for a bargain. All the photos of products are stolen from real jewellers websites. Just do a reverse image search and you will find the actual artists that make these pieces.

if I could give no stars

if I could give no stars, I would. This company is a complete fraud. They are not in Oxford they are in China. The item that eventually arrived was completely different to what I ordered and was of extremely low quality. I think I’d get something better out of a cheap cracker. Unless you want to throw your money away, stay clear.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I am annoyed and upset that I didn’t think to check previous reviews before ordering. I ordered one pair of ‘opal’ earrings only to be charged for two.
They arrived from China and were NOT opals as described. Cheap and nasty and will be going in the bin or taken to a charity shop.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM

THIS SITE IS A SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Recently ordered what I thought were wonderful pieces of jewellery for my grand daughters birthday. I was led to believe these pieces were lovingly made by hand. The picture showed the pieces and the lady that supposedly made them, stating she was due to retire. I’m sorry to say I spent over £100 and feel completely duped and now can’t get my money back. I’ve been in contact via email with a girl called Sophie, could be anyone I suppose!! Who offered my a 10% refund which has crept to 20% after much haggling she sent me a return slip for a company in China!! That says it all! To return the items is going to cost me money with postage and taxes once the items reach China. So now I’m left with no alternative other than to accept his/hers derisory offer as I cannot afford to lose any more money. PLEASE PLEASE do not use this site!!!

Nothing about this is handmade!!!

Nothing about this is handmade. This is a fake website, the images claiming to be Nola are AI-generated. In one image she even has 6 fingers! These are not unique pieces of jewellery, they are mass-produced from Alibaba and Temu. Be carefull!
