Nola's boutique is a scam - disappointed Customer

I ordered what i thought was a beautiful ring from Nola's boutique, I received a ring, it was not what I ordered, it was 3 sizes small and could not fit me. I notified that they sent the incorrect item. Nola responded promply asking me keep item and they will give 10% discount. the design of the ring I do not like and the ring cannot fit me. I responded and they offered to give me 15% refund if I keep it, and the error is because the items are made by hand, which is so ridiculous. I ask for a full refund and how could I return ring and there have been dead silence since no respond. I honestly believe that Nola's boutique is a scam, please do not purchase anything from them. If I ever hear from them again I will update my review, but i am so so disappointed as the ring I ordered is something I was looking at for a long time.

I agree with all the previous negative…

I agree with all the previous negative reviews. I was taken in by the advertising which claimed that a lovely lady called Nola was closing her business, apparently in the UK. When the ring I ordered finally arrived it was an inferior mass produced item totally unlike what had been ordered. The company claim that this is because all the items are hand made and therefore slightly different. They offer no hope of a refund, just the opportunity to place a further order at a reduced price. Avoid at all costs!

Cheap Chinese tat, not handmade jewellery from York

As many others have written, this company is completely dishonest and I'm so annoyed at myself for falling for it.
They are NOT a little old lady retiring from the jewellery business selling her handmade pieces in York, UK.
They ARE a chinese company shipping mass produced costume jewellery from China at inflated prices and who won't allow you to return anything unless you send them back to China.
100% fake and dishonest. I've reported them to Trading Standards, Action Fraud and the National Cyber Security Centre in the hopes that something can be done, but I very much doubt it as the company is based in China. Utterly disgusting to con people this way.

Avoid …

Some items nice but some others I wanted to return and there is no viable returns policy except to send to China (unopened!) Managed to get refund for one item that I hadn't actually ordered but I am still out of pocket for the other items I can't return. No idea why this website is allowed to keep on trading....

Like others I was scammed by this…

Like others I was scammed by this website which features on Pinterest. I ordered two rings. One arrived from China - nothing like the photo and very inferior. I contacted them multiple times and was constantly fobbed off with offers of discounts. I reluctantly accepted a 25% discount for the ring I did receive provided they immediately cancelled the second item which hadn’t been sent. They agreed to a full refund and then the next day informed me it had been despatched! I tried to report them to Pinterest but was asked to provide a URL but this leads to a legit Nola Boutique. Like every thing else on this site even the name is fake. Avoid at all costs.

A complete scam

They sent me completely different rings to the ones I ordered, refused to give me a full refund, and kept fobbing me off with generic emails. The quality if the jewellery is really poor and they are definitely not a UK based company. I don't understand why they have not been dealt with when all the reviews are so bad!

Seems like a fraud

I recently bought a pair of earring from Nola Boutique -- and like so many other feel cheated. By the way, I am still waiting for my earrings.
The website gives an address in York which accompanies a beautiful photo of the artist. When I hadn't received my earrings on time, I was told the company is outside the UK because they are actually made by a large group of people. There is no address for the jewelry company or the delivery company. The whole enterprise seems like a fraud.

This is a BIG con website

This is a BIG con website. Ordered a pair of silver earrings and they arrived 3 weeks later from CHINA - not York, England where they're supposedly made. The are cheap stainless steel (it even says so on the card label) not silver plated, as I ordered. This website needs to be taken down as they are massively defrauding us out of our money . Trustpilot says they'll let Nola Boutique know about my review, but they block notifications and emails. Think the lovely older lady on their website is AI generated. Well and truly conned. I would love to know where I could report this website so that it can be taken down.
Update: I am reporting this website nola-boutique.com to ActionFraud UK

Cheap, tacky, horrible bracelet. Went straight in the rubbish bin!

I ordered a set of “supposedly” handmade bracelets on 5/3/2025, they arrived today, 21/3/2025 after making contact with the company as I had not received the goods. When they arrived, I thought they were a cheap joke. They look like something from a “Lucky” bag, really poor quality; nothing like what was advertised. You can buy better from Primark. Please do not waste your money on this junk! These went straight in the rubbish bin. I would never wear anything like this and even though I only purchased for £20, I would not pay £1 for them. Horrible item! Cheap, tacky and not fit for purpose. Avoid this site at all costs.

I recently bought a Vintage Green Stone…

I recently bought a Vintage Green Stone Inlaid Pearl earrings from Nola Boutique. They were shown in a silver metal. However what I received was 2 earrings of different grey stones in gold metal which didn’t even match each other let alone the website picture or description. I contacted the seller and was asked to send a photo which I did, however they have gone silent. I also bought a neckless which is so cheaply made I don’t think the clasps will last as they so small and stiff I fear they will snap when used more than a couple of times. In addition to these two items ordered on 4th March I also bought a second pair of earrings which have not turned up at all. I think this is cheap jewellery being sold as high end, hand crafted work. This is not the case. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Misadvertising.

I ordered 3 pairs of earrings but only two arrived and I wished they hadn't!!
They are nothing like the photos on their website.
Made of tacky, garish substandard materials, I wouldn't pay a penny for let alone £50!
Please, avoid like the plague!

(other websites with same rings and imgs)
:- and probably many more.
On the nola website it says handmade by nola.
Company address uk.
This is false information
I have been taken for a fool by a lying website.
Still waiting for delivery after 15 days.
Contacted (nola website) to ask for refund.
Told cannot claim till items arrive?
PS
Had written down a number of websites in above letter so people can see there is a number of websites with same items.
Trustpilot will not publish links so cannot compare websites, thus false nola website not getting compared.
So writing this is pointless and nola website still taking your monies by giving false information.
So! Take heed.
