I absolutely LOVE this brand - top quality baby items but without a ridiculous price tag. Something a bit different to add to your gift list. Can’t wait for baby to be old enough for the beach toys. Delivery was great!

I have ordered multiple times off of Nola baby and every time it’s amazing. I had one small problem with one of my items before, I emailed and they responded within minutes and the issue was resolved! The customer service is absolutely amazing, the best I’ve ever come across. I love ordering from here and will continue to order most things for my daughter from this website.

I ordered an item in the wrong size (my fault entirely) and emailed to see if I could change. They came straight back to me and changed the order on the same day! Really impressed with the service.

Loved my items, really fast delivery and staff were very friendly and helpful when we had a missing item, it was literally sent out the same day.

I was worried the preorder option was going to take a long time but it didn’t, came very quickly and the product was beautiful, couldn’t fault the design exactly as described, lovely shopping experience

My grandaughters Christmas presents got chucked underneath my office building on the Friday before storm Donogh. When found on the Monday package was wrecked and toys ruined.
Despite sending photos of all items Nola Baby did not re-send leaving me without the gifts to give, seemed more interested in me returning and made no offer to replace.
Poor customer service, will not use again.

I have ordered from Nola Baby multiple times and have always loved the items I’ve received. They’re always well packaged and great quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again and often buy others gift cards for their little ones.

Sad to say I wouldn’t recommend. I ordered the pink corduroy ball pit with pearl white balls. What arrived doesn’t at all look like what they advertise on the website. When I’ve emailed to complain they are blaming the lighting used in the studio. I personally believe this is faults advertisement as I could understand the colour being slightly different but it’s not even close. I’ve been offered a partial refund which I believe to be unacceptable when it’s not what I ordered. They also said I could purchase another cover, I don’t see why I should be spending anymore money. Sad to say I wouldn’t reorder anything from there again when it’s a website I thought I would use all the time.

I paid well over a hundred pounds for what is actually a piece of very floppy foam ball pit. I expected the pit to be stronger. When a child leans on it it will just collapse. The packaging was such that the pit had been scrunched up inside the box and has gone out of shape. Not worth the money at all. I think that the 50 reviews already given were probably family/friends/employees of the company and possibly not genuine as I cannot see how they warrant such good reviews. Sounds dodgy to me
