Was absolutes disgusted after receiving a Boucle ball pit for my daughters 1st birthday present which arrived absolutely filthy. I left in the box because I ordered white/cream until the day before her birthday. Went to set up and the ball pit its self had black marks everywhere and the balls covered in a black soot. When discussed with the company I agreed to a 30% refund and a discount code which was to be sent. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for both!

Would not advise anyone to order from this company. Very disappointed by the product and customer service!

I have absolutely loved every single item I have purchased from this company. I have bought multiple things for my two babies and regularly buy as gifts for others. The quality is always incredible and the service is outstanding. I would highly recommend!
