Nomad Excursion Reviews 

This provider is operating what appears to be a scam. A review of customer feedback shows a clear and repeated pattern in how they do business. Customers book and pay through the company’s website, but tickets are never issued at the time of booking. Instead, customers are told that tickets will be provided one day before the tour.
Then, shortly before the scheduled date, the company contacts customers claiming there has been a “technical glitch” and offers a refund as an option. After this point, communication effectively stops. No tickets are provided, no clear explanation is given, and no meaningful follow‑up occurs. The company simply disappears.
I contacted them multiple times seeking clarification and resolution. Each time, I received only generic, templated responses that failed to address the issue, provided no specifics, and offered no actual assistance. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation.
This appears to be a deliberate and systematic practice rather than an isolated incident, and customers should exercise extreme caution.

I paid for tickets with Nomad Excursions, which they failed to deliver, citing unspecified “technical issues.” Despite this being entirely their fault, no refund has been issued.

I have sent multiple emails requesting either the tickets I paid for or a refund. These emails have been ignored. There has been no meaningful response, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue.

Taking payment, failing to provide the service, and then refusing to engage with the customer is completely unacceptable. Until Nomad Excursions refund the money they took, I would strongly advise others not to trust this company with their payment.

On holiday in Marrakesh in July 2025, we purchased tickets for the Saadian Tombs through Nomad, for 5 adults. I receive a confirmation email, which told me that the tickets would be sent through in a separate email 24 hours prior to the visit. The email did not arrive. I phoned the company and was advised that, as they were having 'technical problems', I should purchase the tickets at the venue, and that they would refund the money that I had spent with them.
We went ahead, reluctantly (what other options did we have?!) After weeks of chasing, I finally received a partial refund. I enquired why, and was told initially that they would look into it; I heard nothing; I emailed every day. Eventually I received an email stating that perhaps this was due to bank charges! Their email clearly stated 'PARTIAL REFUND'!! I am at the end of my tether now. I don't like to write negative reviews, but feel that others should be warned.
