I found this website while surfing the web one late afternoon. I filled out an application and received a call from an associate the next morning. Being new to this kind of platform I experienced a few glitches but were quickly resolved after a few messages. My applications were reviewed and submitted to the facilities in a timely manner. Great job!

Systematic process from application to onboarding. Staff in contact so far are experts on what they do. Special mention to Valeria, Rebecca and Jessica.

Job postings updated daily is a great feature.

It’s hard to deal with an automated system with very limited human interaction. There’s a lot of things that could be clarified if there was an agent in charge of the application process and delay job submittals and redundant submissions of required documents.

Awesome! I applied for several jobs and immediately had replies. Was informed of the complete process and if more info needed was notified immediately. Great communication and response!

I had a good experience with Nomad. One thing I would like to add. There is a lot if inconsistencies with timesheet. One week they request for me to send along with what the facility has sent and then sone weeks they dont.

I am new in Nomand. So far I am having a good experience with them specially Ms. Julia who is my navigator. She always have an answer to all of my questions. I hope it stays thesame til my next assignment with them.

No one replies to messages..I get notifications for things that are done. Too many choices for nurse managers. I give up! I’m going through a different agency that easier and replies quicker. Nomad has higher rates but also higher frustrations. Time is of the essence and there’s too much back and forth for me.

Communication was always very late. I would message and call with information other travelers were receiving regarding pay cuts etc, and I would be told no info on anything like that, until the day before things went into effect. I also was scheduled to start a separate assignment with different hospital and called again for first day info the Friday before to be told actually the hospital is not going to have you. Short notice caused a lot of turmoil and financial setbacks.

Unlike others Nomad site gives update time stamp info regarding the status of your profile, references & submissions.
It takes the guess work out of how your application is progressing. I inputted my references and notified them to be on the look out via email or text. They was received and submitted almost Instantaneously.

Great hiring process, smooth transition from offer to credentialing.
