There are a LOT of places to find and stay. Love that.

Great website to put mid- long term rental !

A great website! very easy to use!

I waited for almost 6 months to have any reservation. Then, one day, a very nice and well educated man called me to make sure that I was aware of the messages I was supposed to answer. That procedure allowed me to correct some details and be able to host.

I am very happy with all support I am receiving from Nomadx and specially from Filipe.
I didn't have (so far) my first rental. So, for the moment, I only can talk about the interaction with the website and the support I am having from Filipe - 5**.
I hope, soon, I can review my next step :-)

It’s a pleasure to welcome guests from nomadex in my house! I can meet and talk with different people with a lot to share!

So far, so good. Have just booked our first nomad place! Yay! Looking forward to our stay.

Love the nice apartment selection on the site and the prices are not too steep. Hope that many more people, from more parts of the country will put up their places on here.

It has been great experience since I'm using Nomadx. Easy to use and genuine responses/requests.

I used NomadX a few times and it's a really cool alternative to Air nb - cheaper prices, amazing team, and great community in Lisbon!

For a start I think the website and platform was ok. It seems you did the upgrades needed for a better use.
I think that you could improve more with small little things like add a reviews part for hosts and nomads, maybe do the payment directly and with different payment possibilities like half before etc, put the messages layout with spaces between the sentences and paragraphs.
Add some additional information/features regarding the host and the place.

found a beautiful stay very quickly and the customer service is super caring and makes sure you have a good experience.

Feedback: it'd be great if I can update a pending reservation. Example: When I've made a reservation and the landlord has accepted the dates but before I have confirmed them, it would be great to be able to make changes to the dates and then have the landlord accept the new ones and then I can confirm them.

I had the pleasure of staying in a NomadX apartment for my stay in Lisbon last year. It was a great apartment, with comfortable accommodations, fast wifi, a desk with a monitor/tv, ample space for my wife and I, and we were able to make friends with others staying in the apartment and that's one of the greatest things is the community that NomadX offers to their users. It's really great to know that not only do you have accommodations that work for a business-minded traveler, but you also have a built-in community that you can join up and hang out with once the workday is done.

This is better than Airbnb!
The prices are much more cheaper and they offer direct connection with the community. And they host great events. Can highly recommend NomadX !
