I wish I could give them a -10 as far as a rating for this company… What a bunch of BS! They advertise leather boots with wool lining and what you get is some cheap plastic boot with some polyester fuzz inside? So not like the picture or the description… And when trying to contact the company, well, I never got a response, until I got Olivia to send me the application for the return form, which took almost a month to hear from them, which you better hope you have a printer and now they want me to return them to the Netherlands!!? What’s that gonna cost? Or I can take a 30% refund and keep the pos boots? this company is a total scam this POS looks like it comes from China, nothing like the description and all the emails were ignored except for the one when I said I needed the return form, beware!.. lesson learned I should’ve checked out reviews first… I am contacting my credit card company, and hopefully they will understand what has happened and refund me my money these boots I’m too embarrassed to even pass them along to anyone.

Scam company. The shoes are not even worth $1.00. then they report that you need to return them to an addres in the Netherlands when they were shipped from her in the US. The scam is they offer you 30% off to keep the POS shoes knowing that is what most people will do as opposed to mailing to the Netherlands which is probably a total bogus address. I tried to cancel the order the very next day and they said it as too late.

I ordered a pair of sandals that were so wide my foot slid completely through them and my toes hung off the front. On top of that, they were very plastic, not orthopedic AT ALL. When I went to return them they offered my a 30% refund to keep them. I chose to return it turns out it cost more than what my refund would be to mail them back. So I will take the 30% and cut my losses.

I would make this a zero if that were possible. These shoes are NOTHING as advertised!! Very cheap material, NO arch support & poor fit.
There is one thing this company does well and that is very slick false advertising. Sucked me right in! I could kick myself for not researching independent reviews before buying.
I'm going to try to return them, but my bet is they will make that just about impossible, based on my last experience with the company like this. My personal recommendation, don't touch these products with a 10-ft pole.

Placed an order for orthopedic insoles, May 26, 2024. As of today, I have still not received my order. According to Nomardic the order was delivered June 4th. However, according to my tracking information the delivery was delayed, the new delivery date was June 17-24. I was talking with Olivia, but now my emails are going unanswered.

Site says you can cancelled before shipped, which i did and got an email saying the order was cancelled. I received the cheap, plastic shoes and my cr cd was charged.

Shoes were advertised with an arched foot bed. They were not. The shoes are very cheaply made, not real leather and very thin material. It also does not form to your foot well. Wanted to send them back, good luck. You're sending back to another country which will cost the same as the shoes. Oh but wait.....they'll give you a 30% refund! Oh wow, I've just spent money for nothing. Either way, you're screwed out of money. Their Customer Service personnel are very nice but unfortunately, they can't give you much more than 30-40% refund.

I didn't think these shoes would be that comfortable but they are comfortable I like these because of the heel. I had a knee replacement and I can walk in them

Items recd were not as pictured, shoes look like they would fall apart if you got them wet and have absolutely no support. So, to get a refund I have to pay $33 to ship them back to the Netherlands! Don’t buy from this company!

I ordered boots described as high quality leather with wool lining- they are plastic with synthetic fleece lining.
Absolute bait and switch- the stink of the off gassing vinyl was overpowering when I opened the package. Additionally, there was No Paperwork at all included with the items to facilitate returns. Their website says not to assume that emails to them will be received and they guarantee a response by email in a timely manner! Buyer BEWARE

DON'T PURCHASE from them, it's a total scam. Cheap, plastic shoes and they won't return. I can't even give them away.

I was really looking forward to receiving these sandals, but am beyond disappointed! Just cheap, flimsy vinyl, unsafe to wear these around the house, much less out in public. Too shoddy to even donate to Goodwill. No wonder they want you to keep them and settle for a 30% refund. Should have checked the reviews first.

Do not buy from this company, they sent me something totally different from the description when i told them i was not happy with the item they said they will reimburse me once they receive the item that was going to cost a lot to ship back , in the meantime they offered up to 40 % off so i could keep the item , i filed a fraudulent claim instead and got my money back…do not order from this people

Cheap vinyl sandals made in China!
I got scammed like so many others. I wish I had read these reviews first before buying them.
Buyer, beware. These are NOT real leather nor are they from Netherlands!!! Cheap junk, I will have to trash them. I highly doubt that I will get a refund. I did contact the company to request a refund. I will give another review IF they actually do refund me.

Was duped into thinking I was ordering a brand name shoe for a good price. Boy was I wrong? Cheap plastic bad knockoffs. I submitted a request to return but after reading these reviews it looks hopeless. I will give them a couple days and then dispute the charge to my card.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Can’t get a response even to the 30% refund as opposed to returning g to Europe which costs as much as the product. At least Temu credits you and rarely ask for item back. Buyer beware, it’s an expensive lesson. I didn’t read reviews before I ordered so that’s on me.

I never got my shoes and I bought the insurance to guarantee I get them. This company is a scam and I will report them to the BBB.

Bought a pair of shoes…. They finally arrived… I was so excited to get them, the pictures looked like they were of good quality….. WRONG!!!!!! They were made of cheap plastic…. Please save your money & don’t buy!
