Absolutely horrible.
Failed to deliver on time, lousy and sloppy customer service- specifically Mohammed morsy. Every time I spoke with them, they added more time to the anticipated delivery. After failing to meet THEIR OWN deadlines, they then attempted to charge me extra to expedite the shippping (that they had already delayed on their end). A million places make similar jewelry. I would never ever use this company again. Unreliable orders, unprofessional customer service, and utterly absurd response to their own mistake.

Do not order from here. Over hyped on social media. Appalling customer service, they will respond to you and then disappear for ages. Another agent will pick it up telling you something completely different and not resolve the issue.
I ordered a bracelet and they sent me the wrong item, and then told me they send me the correct item and never did.

Cancelled order as customs charge was £50!!! Nominal said this was fine and that they would contact the courier to return the parcel and arrange a refund. 3 weeks on and I have no product, no refund and no contact.
Absolutely disgusting service.

I waited 45 days for two custom name necklaces. One had a defect and one was never sent at all. I’ve been going around in circles with their customer service team trying to resolve the issue. I feel duped for waiting so long for a product that was not made with any care or consideration. Buyer beware.

Excellent quality of jewelry and excellent customer service. I’ve had minor issues with a couple of my orders, but it’s always been resolved quickly and professionally, and considering the awesome sales they have I don’t hold it against that a single earring accidentally got left out of my order. Have ordered from them at least 5 times now and will definitely be ordering again.

I’ve purchased several pieces from them and none of them tarnish! If there is ever an issue or question with my order they respond quickly and are so helpful and sweet when doing so. I will always support this company. 10/10 jewelry & 10/10 customer service. Also the fact that they give to charity makes it even better.

Absolutely terrible company. I ordered a gift for my fiance and it has been over 2 weeks and hasn't been delivered. USPS (which they use for delivery) said they couldn't access the house, which is a lie. I will never order from Nominal again. Stay away from this terrible company. And USPS is the worst delivery company in America. They're also the cheapest which is why Nominal uses them. Please stay away.

Ordered a bracelet and ring and being located in the UK, there's always a possibility for something to go wrong!

Customer service were so good though and sorted the problem really quickly and easily (even though it wasn't their fault). A great company that has a great cause and their jewelry looks fantastic.

I ordered from here a few times. The jewelry and quality are great! Very pretty. They honor their warranty, as my only experience needing to use it was when one ring I received as a gift arrived scratched and they helped replace it, free of charge. Friendly customer service. One thing I'd like to see improve on their site is for item sizes/options to be more clear in corresponding photos- both in the product shots and the customer review photos. For example: the rope bracelet is available in two sizes- 2mm and 4mm. If someone ordered the 2mm bracelet and included a photo with their review, it would be super helpful if the review could include which option or size product the customer purchased for reference. Sometimes it's hard to tell. Sometimes the customers say which option they bought, but not everyone. Plus, the reviews include photos of the 3mm size, which they don't have available for sale right now, so it's hard to tell if some photos were 3mm or 4 mm. Same goes for the models in the product shots; it would be helpful if the right size/option was indicated in the photo or description of each product. :)

Do not purchase from them, instead order from Zudo. I ordered my custom made jewelry in November 2023, not sure if they made a mistake with my Address, but my package was returned back to Nominal, after back and forth e-mails they pretended it was being investigated and will get back to me once the fulfillment team contacts them they will reach out to me. It is now March and still have not received my package or got any other update.

It took almost 3 weeks to get the jewellry. Mostly because I live in another continent. The greatest thing is the quality. It looks good.

I also liked the tracking function. It was easy to use.

Absolutely wonderful quality, great customer service, and wonderful selection. I've worn their stud earrings for about 3 weeks now and the still look great, color hasn't faded, and are still very comfortable. I also got their pearl necklace and it's beautiful - great quality and sturdy.
