Amateur Service and No Care for the Cost
I ordered four items that I was told would be delivered within 4-5 days. Weeks later, I have yet to receive the items. One of which was a time-sensitive gift that I now completely missed the occasion. They have blamed DHL on this but rather than offer any compensation, they tell me to reject the DHL package and then have it sent to a different address in another country and invoice me to resend! As one of the items was a gift, I would lose the other three items to solve for their inadequate service.
They failed to offer any compensation and expect me to shoulder the burden of additional shipping costs. Horrible service.

So bad
So bad. I bought a necklace was supposed to take a week. Took a month.
The worst part is the necklace had mental pieces sticking out from every piece and was scratching my neck. Made in china but likely made in a basement somewhere.

Great Customer Service Experience
I bought the keffiyeh ring, and it arrived in good time considering it came from the US to UK. Beautifully packaged, fits beautifully, I really like it and am reassured by their guarantee/s. I have worn it for around a week straight now without any issue in shower etc. Also a member of customer services reached out after I had received my order because the tracking seemed to have not changed, I hadn’t even noticed! That felt like the extra mile honestly, and was greatly appreciated!

I've bought jewelry here for myself and as gifts. They are such beautiful statement pieces I always get so many compliments on my nominal products. I definitely believe their products are one of a kind which is why I drop hella $ here. Their customer service is beyond amazing and efficient when needing support. I'd say their website is very user friendly and easy to navigate Will continue to shop from them!

If I could give less than 1 star
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have paid for a ring, a box for the ring, and a significant amount in shipping and customs fees. Yet, I received the ring in a damaged box, sent in what looks like a Temu bag. There was no bubble wrap around the box, no information about the ring (which is a gift for my best friend). I am deeply shocked.
I don’t recommend this company.
I asked for a refund of the jewelry box, but all I got was a 15 $ gift card ! The shipping to Europe was 35 $
No I am not going to buy ever again, I want my money back for the box !

I placed an order 23 days ago, and to date, I have received no updates about the delivery. Every time I reach out to customer service, I get the same vague response that they are “checking,” but there’s never a concrete answer or resolution. At this point, I have lost trust in their service. I would not recommend ordering from here unless you’re prepared for poor customer support and indefinite delays.

Ordered some earrings and they were comically little, as opposed to the picture on their website. When I messaged them about it, I was told I would have to pay for a return even though they are misrepresenting their items on their website. I’ve ordered from them before and gotten some good stuff but the quality seems to have gone down. Very disappointed and did not love the gaslighting.

I wish I could give a zero!!! I ordered my items on November 7 and to date (December 3) I still have not received it. Mohammed offered me $18 off due to the fact all of the items I purchased were on sale and a $20 coupon towards the next purchase, which will never happen!! I am in the process of going thru my bank now because this is fraud!!! They are suppose to be checking in it but I haven’t heard ANYTHING and probably won’t.

Excruciating and painful experience
Excruciating and painful experience, they shipped usps and the order was a whole month late and customer service was awful, plus I had to pay 40 dollars in customs for Canada, and I had paid 17 dollars shipping even though I order met the 150 minimum , I was really convinced it would be shipped to my house. So lousy, jewelry is smaller than expected . I don’t recommend at all

Good products, great service BUT tarnish
I have bought several pieces from them over a 2-3 year period. Their customer service and delivery is excellent BUT those pieces tarnish. They will advertise & Claim otherwise and even go as far as offering to replace tarnish items, which they have done for me, but they still tarnish.

Great experience! They make very quality items that are “forever” pieces. The bracelet had one link that broke but their customer service took care of it and replaced it immediately.

My husband ordered some jewelry pieces for a gifts and every month we get a charged a GBP Purchase Fee and a Transfer Fee and an amount of around £24.00. Please be aware!!!!
