I love the cherry strings but the pipdabs are all messed up the lollipop are swollen and all the sherbet was clumped so I think that the lollipop was soft and it made the sherbet clump

Hi Ian. Thank you for your review. Any issues with the texture, shape of sweets is down to the heat whilst in transit. The items are handled through the system and sometimes can be in hot vans for quite a while and therefore this can affect texture. Nevertheless we hope you enjoyed your order.

Honestly the delivery was shocking and I didn't receive any tracking etc took about 2 weeks to receive it and multiple times I tried contacting them with no reply. The box itself was a lovely supirse for my daughter and she loved it and everything in it.

We did email you regarding a delay in your parcel from the courier who mentioned the items tracking info was not clear and hence they could not deliver the parcel. First time ordering from nomnom. Honest opinion. I paid for express delivery, but my order didn't arrive for a few more days after it should have. I raised this issue with nomnom directly and they quickly refunded me the postage and apologised. I'm happy with how they dealt with my issue. Now the order itself once it arrived was an absolute sight for sore eyes. Beautiful to look at and even more beautiful to eat. A fantastic range of sweets for a fantastic price. And they also gave me a 20% off my next order via a voucher in the package when it arrived which was a lovely surprise and I will definitely be using that very soon. Will definitely order from you guys again and thankyou for your lovely sweets and customer service too.

Won't be buying again
Sweets all taste like the same cheap rubbish you can buy from the corner shop, non branded and terrible. I could have got double the amount from any corner shop, sour ones definitely aren't sour in the slightest either, everything is just jelly coated in hard sugar.

We haven't received an email from anyone regarding being unhappy about their sweets. We also don't have an order number for us to link this review to. Customers usually email before leaving a review to allow a company to rectify an issue that the customer is having with their order.
Nevertheless, in response to the above.
1) The sweets are of the best quality. They are branded SWEETZONE and occasionally BEBETO sweets with our jelly beans coming from Haribo. Some customers find the sweets hard when they receive them as it is cold at the moment and the sweets tend to harden up in cold weather. Leaving them in room temperature for an hour or two usually softens the sweets and makes them extremely tasty.
2) We would be surprised if you can get 1kg of sweets from a corner shop for £11.99. A standard £1 pick and mix bag in a corner shop is usually an average of 75g (£1.33 per 100g / £13.33 per kg). You also cannot pick and mix at your local corner shop. Picking and packing your order takes some time and we pack every order fresh on the day and send it out.
3) Our sour sweets will have an indication that they are sour. There are FIZZY sweets which indicate they are coated in sugar. Sour sweets are similar but the taste of the actual sweet is SOUR. You may be confusing the two.
A 1 star review hurts a small family run business but we keep pushing to make our products better. We have seen an increase in cost of roughly 30-50% on all our stock yet we still take the hit and offer the same price to our customers and fantastic discounts. The sweets we offer cannot be sold for 2kg for £10 as you may see in some stores. Comments suggest that many people have had to throw them away.
I would suggest dropping us an email to customerservice@nomnomsweets.com with an order number and details as we sincerely hope you haven't ordered from another company and thought it was us as your review is not a verified one at this moment in time.

Very happy with the selection of sweets…
Very happy with the selection of sweets you can choose and also how big the bag was for the price. Its for my daughters birthday and she will love it. I will defo but again. Only issue is no delivery notification so the package was left at my back door for 5 days until it was found.
