Absolutely terrible, not even sure this is a legitimate business. My order never arrived and despite trying to contact them several times never got any reply and lost my money. AVOID!!!!!

Different items sent
One of the items I put in the pick your own was chocolate Jazzys, but I was sent giant ones instead, which is not what was pictured and not really what I wanted

Hi Robert. As you ordered a large amount of choc jazzies we didn’t want to send your order without them. Occasionally we get the same items but in different shapes and sizes. Choc jazzies can come in small, large and mega sizes as well as star shapes too. All in all they are the same item just a different size and the weight you would have ordered is what was received. We are extremely upset that you had to leave a 1star review for this as our website clearly says when you order that we may substitute items for similar items especially when you create your own.
We hope that if you do use us again for your sweets cravings, we will be able to deliver to your high expectation.

Hi Georgia.
Before sending your order out we asked for a confirmed address as the address was missing a door/house name/number.
You had confirmed this was correct except the postcode and if our eagle-eyed team didn’t question the address you wouldn’t have received your items and you may have been out of pocket due to giving the incorrect address.
Nevertheless we have sent your item out to the correct address and it is on its way to you and are extremely saddened by the 1star review. These types of reviews hurt small family run businesses especially when you haven’t given us time to rectify or respond to your email that you sent us 25 minutes before leaving the review.
We hope you are satisfied when you receive your items with the quality and taste of your sweets and hope this makes up for it.

Well two boxed with Hardly any sweets…they was Hardlet any sweet in the 2 boxed I would of done Nd saved money buying from supermarket
Well two boxed with Hardly any sweets in them I would of sent back but I'm l with cancer in spine but would not Recommend your products at all in one box there was about 5 items and the other box there was plus minus 8 tottaly Disgusted and shall make this known too I'm 77 on pention and winter to give my grandson but had to get my son to buy extra sweets to make the boxes up

We are slightly confused as to what you have received as you ordered 3 items: 400g of Fizzy Bananas, 500g of Blackcurrant pencils and 400g of Rainbow Pencils. We wouldn’t have given any more or less than you ordered and we also haven’t received an email from you stating you were unhappy with the received items.
Nevertheless we are reaching out to you via email to try and rectify the issue as it could very well be an issue with a damaged parcel whilst in transit if you are missing sweets.
