Ho acquistato una confezione da 200 gr di Squaquerello Nonno Nanni con scadenza 17 NOVEMBRE lotto L894517 B0711 "Prodotto trovato con muffa e maleodorante nonostante non fosse ancora scaduto". Il servizio clienti mi ha contattato proponendomi NON LA SOSTITUZIONE dell'alimento in cattivo stato di conservazione (reato PENALE!!!) con un altro, bensì con dei gadget (ahahah). Chissà se i NAS o il SIAN saranno dello stesso avviso dopo che avrò fatto una bella denuncia dell'accaduto...
