Samples arrived really quickly

Samples arrived really quickly. Picked my colour from them. Very handy being able to see the colours in the light of your own room. Then ordered my table confidant that it would look great and it did !!!

Worst online shopping experience…

Worst online shopping experience ever!!! I ordered 2 blankets from this company in December. For months they didn’t deliver the products by delaying it week by week. I wrote to customer services. Answer came like 2 weeks after. I tried to stop the order via Klarna. It didn’t work. After more than 1,5 months they delivered the items. OMG, worst quality ever. I wrote again to customer services and 10 days after they answered saying that I can send the products back but they will keep 18 Euro! This was like 2 weeks ago, still waiting for a return etiquette. Don’t buy from this website anything. Go buy from more trustable online platforms where they have quality products and they take care of their customers!

Update-19.03.2026: I finally received the return etiquette. Looking forward for UPS to pick the package up. I still can’t believe, considering the way I have been treated, I have to pay 18 Euro for returning the products…..Looking from the bright side. Now I know where not to buy.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I bought a trolley which arrived broken. They replied to my email after more than a week saying that I’ll have to dispose of the old trolley myself, which is costly being bulky waste. After then I received no email. I have never dealt with a worse customer service

This company is a joke

This company is a joke and customer service is the worst nightmare a customer can have. The table arrived heavily delayed with no possible contact (help line does not work since 2025). And the same not working phone number they put on delivery information so the shipping conpany was unable to contact them when they sent incomplete package. Then when it arrived it was damaged. sending replacement parts took two months, where I had to disassemble the table several times because they didn’t know the measurements of screws that were too short. This is insane. When the parts arrived the package was already in bad shape but replacement table top was even in worse condition than the original one, not to mention the difference in color and pattern. After all of this they offered compensation of 30€ to be used at their own shop.

Amazing customer service

At first, I had a problem with the delivery: the package didn't arrive. After some phone calls and emails, it turned out the delivery company had most likely lost the package.

I was in touch with noo.ma's customer service, and the customer service agent was super helpful. He re-sent me the package through a different carrier, and it arrived within a week. The good rating is absolutely due to the amazing service I received as a potentially unhappy customer!

Poor to non existent customer support

We received the Met TV stand and it was damaged. I emailed Noo.ma now over two weeks ago and there has been no reply at all. The quality of the material was also poor, likely why so easily damaged on delivery.
We had previously received good quality products from them so this is very disappointing, an the customer support has truly been terrible

I love my new side table from noo.ma

I love my new side table from noo.ma. It's a decent size, but the lower shelf slides neatly under the sofa, so it takes up minimal space. The design is very stylish, and it arrived beautifully packaged.

Noo.ma Footstool made it to fedex depot in Germany then went missing … had to chase fedex personally then emailed noo.ma with details from fedex only to get a generic ‘will get back to you in 9 days’ emol , goes without saying I wont be using noo.ma again
