I never received my order, FedEx said it was lost in transit and to recover the costs through noo.ma. This is impossible as they just don't respond and there is no number to call. I genuinely think this company is a scam. If you are reading this and considering purchasing, avoid at all costs. Thankfully I used PayPal and I'm currently in the process of recovering my costs through them.

Order was not shipped within the estimated timeframe shown on the website at the moment of purchase. For weeks, the product page has been showing “in stock” and “fast shipping”. In reality nothing. No shipment, no update.
There was zero information about any delay. No proactive communication at all. Customer service is basically unreachable, you only get an automatic reply saying that due to a high number of messages, the current response time is over two weeks.
On Instagram, someone from marketing sometimes replies. One time they promise to pass the case to customer service with a “priority” note, another time they say they can’t help because messages are handled in chronological order and no one is treated as more important. All the responses there feel very artificial and scripted, like they were written by AI (and they probably are). On top of that, negative comments are regularly deleted – apparently that’s their policy.
You are told that negative experiences are just a small percentage of all orders. If that’s true, then it seems like there must be only one person working in customer service, since they’re clearly unable to handle messages from those "few angry customers".
I checked older reviews and it turns out this is a recurring pattern – every winter they repeatedly fail to deliver orders within the declared timeframe and are unable to respond to messages on a timely matter. It’s hard to understand why they still haven’t learned from this.
On a Polish employee review website, there is also a statement from a former employee claiming they were pressured to offer customers money in exchange for leaving positive reviews on Trustpilot, which is against the platform’s policies. This raises the question of how many of the 5-star reviews here are actually genuine or not written by nooma employees.
Avoid and don’t buy anything from them.

Never got my product, but the money is withdrawn from my account. It’s been a month and I haven’t heard back from the company, though I have tried several times on different channels. Save your money!

Placed an order on February 1st, it was supposed to be shipped in 5 business days. Then the date got updated to February 14 and today, February14, to February 21.
I should have read the reviews sooner, I'll update the review when my order will shop up at my door (if it ever will)

Worst online purchase experience I can remember. Communication was basically non existent. My emails were answered late, if at all, and the replies I did get were vague and unhelpful.
The “discounts” also feel misleading. The store appears to run an almost permanent promotion, which makes it look less like a genuine sale and more like a pricing tactic.
Overall, the experience left me with the clear impression that the customer is treated as an inconvenience rather than someone the company wants to help. I will not be buying from them again, and I’m posting this to warn others.

I had a great experience shopping at noo.ma. I was looking for footstools and they came up in my Google search. It’s often difficult to know what you’re buying online so when I saw they offered samples of the materials and colours, I ordered a couple. These helped me decide which footstool to buy. I ordered it and it’s perfect. Great correspondence from FedEx re delivery times too so all in all, buying from Noo.ma has been a great experience!

Parts are missing and cannot rech Customer Service
We ordered the Streiko Bed which was delivered on time. However, when we tried to set it up, we noticed that the screws are missing. Since four days we cannot reach anyone at Noo.ma which means us and our newborn need to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Unfortunately we already sold our old bed and we hope someone from Noo.ma gets back to us asap.
