Shocking treatment. No follow up after requesting I make a complaint verbally as a reasonable adjustment. No good if you also have autism. Staff don't care.
I can't believe the reply on here is to double down on the discrimination.

I've been waiting over 7 months to start titration, ive filled in all the forms, answered all the questions now only to be told it should be in the next couple of months. Originally I was told it would be 3 months from assessment to start now it will be at some point maybe by Christmas. Care ADHD more like Care Less ADHD. I would recommend EVERYONE avoid these guys like the plague. Don't bother waisting your time with these idiots!

It’s been 13 weeks since we recieved our acceptance email , we filled out all relevant forms sent to us and we have heard nothing back , I have emailed them multiple times but got no reply .. been on hold for over an hour on 4 occasions with no answer ! Very poor service and not worth the hassle it’s well worth looking elsewhere

I wish I had written down the name of the clinician who assessed me so I could thank her properly—though in my defence, I was being assessed for ADHD, so I have a valid excuse! I think her name may have been Suzzet (or Suzette), but I’m not entirely sure.
The entire process ran seamlessly. Only a few days passed between completing my forms and receiving the invitation to book, and the final report arrived just a couple of days after the assessment itself.
I was expecting the session to be overwhelming, but it wasn't at all. She was wonderfully thorough and explained every step of the process—and what would happen next—in a clear, reassuring manner.
If her name was indeed Suzzet, please pass along my sincere thanks to her for making what could have been a stressful experience so supportive.

Olusola is a kind and gentle clinician. She’s an amazing listener with lovely warm energy, I felt comfortable with her the second we spoke :)

Very polite and very understanding due to ADHD condition ie whatever ADHD condition you have they understand even if you keep interrupting them when they're trying to do the job they understand which is very helpful when some people don't

Very professional throughout the whole process
Took time to listen and appreciated the directness of questions
UPDATE: I have completed the form that you referred us to - as a concern at this time. I have asked for clear confirmation that there is no reason for the delay (no missing forms), and an indication on time frame. Original Review: We did this on right to choose and are thinking it was a mistake now - after getting the forms quickly we completed for child, school did too - and now heard nothing since June, other people who chose other services have been dealt with faster on right to choose. I have emailed and tried to get through on phone but hard when you work during the opening hours. I have sent another message asking today. I know there is demand but we don't even know if there is anything else we needed to do - or any real timescale to work with. Wondering how we will ever get anywhere with them so posting on here as appear to respond on this site. I am sure the service may still be great but how do you get to that point?

My screening was with Bronwen Evans, she asked great questions and made the screening a comfortable experience.

Great people helped with exactly what I needed and explained everyting well
Great experience from start to finish.
Clear assessment forms. A short wait for an appointment and I had a brilliant assessor called Esther. She really listened, put me at ease and summarised our conversation perfectly.

Really thoughtful assessor, and very detailed questioning, meaning you get the right diagnosis.
I have found the waiting with careadhd to be very difficult if have been waiting since February to get medications for my ADHD I now been told I will have to wait until March or April next year 2027. It's now October 2026 at moment of writing this post it is making me extremely anxious waiting i have had issues with my job because of my ADHD the assessment was fairly straightforward but had alot to do for this which was stressful I just wish things were quicker because I have to wait 7 to 9 months for medications I just wished things were quicker the interviewer for my ADHD assessment was very nice but it is the very long waiting times which is the problem just wished the government could make things easier and quicker i don't get any after care while at least at the moment will have to wait for this also I don't want to put people off getting an assessment please do this as it is much better to know I have ADHD now it's just the waiting for the medications which is difficult as it must be done by CareADHD

the asser was!an amazing soul very comfortable sharing my thoughts
Kind and compassionate assessment even when the surprise autism conversation came up
I am a private patient and have completed my assessment. I require a password to access my assessment documents and emailed CARE three times over the last two weeks requesting a password. None of my emails have been acknowledged, let alone responded to, and I need to provide my work with the documents for appropriate adjustments to be made. It seems once the money has been paid, you get ignored.
Edit: I have received a response that still requires me to make all the effort, having tried three times already. I provided my phone number and email address, so why should I continue to chase through a resolution process? Just do your job.
