I am a private patient and have completed my assessment. I require a password to access my assessment documents and emailed CARE three times over the last two weeks requesting a password. None of my emails have been acknowledged, let alone responded to, and I need to provide my work with the documents for appropriate adjustments to be made. It seems once the money has been paid, you get ignored.
Edit: I have received a response that still requires me to make all the effort, having tried three times already. I provided my phone number and email address, so why should I continue to chase through a resolution process? Just do your job.

So I’d write all the ins and outs but I’m totally lost with the process at the moment. Waiting on autism assessment that we requested first and ADHD report, been many emails mainly me calling up to see where we are at with assessment- if I hadn’t have called I would have no clue that my forms were incomplete or needed attention. The assessment itself was really good. They just need to get their act together I was told that a report from my daughter’s counsellor was with them only to be told on the phone tonight they couldn’t find it! Honestly I’m a single working Mom all I want is an assessment for my kids. My other daughter was referred too, the forms I was receiving to complete hadn’t any names on so I had to try and find out which form was for which child!
It’s soooo stressful for me trying to continually chase them for the assessment.

Great experience with CARE, very fast from being referred to filling out questionnaires to appointment. Appointment was straightforward and easy to understand. Felt at ease throughout the whole assessment and was clearly given my results at the end of it. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to get an ADHD assessment.

I previously left a review in relation to my experience with the referral/assessment process, however I just wanted to take the time to write a review relating to my experience with the titration process as I know it can be a daunting time for many patients following a recent ADHD diagnosis.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel Chalmers (prescriber), who has been incredible throughout the process so far. I am a couple of months in, and nearly settled on a long term dose which is something I never expected. Daniel is so informative, and he has helped me to make the appropriate decisions throughout the whole process - he has listened to my concerns as a patient, and adjusted my doses/provided advice and support throughout.
Daniel has genuinely made this process feel like a breeze, and I am so thankful for his support thus far. Thank you CARE ADHD & Daniel! Fab experience with this service I would recommend to anyone seeking out ADHD diagnosis and treatment.

The gentleman who did my assessment was very attentive understand me listening no judgement, he's very professional.
Also I got an appointment very quickly.
Thanks to all the team.
God bless
Fantastic, quick, thorough, friendly and professional service from the start and to date. still some involvement to go as i’m not finished but the experience has been very good so far.
The assessor I had was very nice and listened to what I was saying.
I’ve waited around 9 months to get to my titration point with CARE ADHD Imran Khalid was my prescriber and he was very informative and helpful and didn’t mind all the questions I had ! He listened to my main concerns and my lifestyle and has prescribed something to fit into my shifts. I know it’s a long wait but when you do speak to someone they are lovely.
I do not recommend this company if you are hoping for titration.
My assessment and initial experience was very positive. I ha e been waiting for nearly 9 months for titration.... I am now into the 9th month of waiting for any information. They do not answer phones within 2 hours, and when they do it's to provide empty platitudes. The online chat service is terrible and again you usually wait over 1.5 hours and they either shut the chat before you are able to respond to them, or they offer no information or support. The company appears to be poorly ran, with no SLA's or care for individuals with ADHD. I would avoid using their services.

At the beginning, everything seemed to be perfect, I was offered an assessment quickly but then it's what came afterward that has astounded me. I was given a diagnosis and was awaiting titration for which I was given a max waiting time for that to commence. I have since called twice and had no luck in getting any answers from the company. They recently sent out forms for me to complete in relation to titration, I did all these and then at the end It stated that the wait that I was told originally which was over 6 months ago started from the point I finished the forms despite me not receiving anything. Honestly, after my assessment and what I disclosed as my struggles, there is a complete lack of compassion and a complete disregard for the daily struggles of their patients, I have already started enquiries about changing right to choose providers after a diagnosis and I have been told this is possible.

The assessment went really well. The lady was so lovely and very understanding. She made me feel so at ease.v
I got diagnosed in February and submitted my titration request form in march 7 months later im still yet to hear back from CARE ADHD despite sending several emails. When that didn’t work i tried to get through to them over the phone but had no luck with that either which is extremely disappointing.
I initially went with CARE ADHD because they were advertising wait times of around 2 weeks which I should have known was too good to be true. Soo far it’s been a nightmare and it’s seriously taking a toll on my mental health knowing that I am unable to get the help that I need. Up until now I’ve been very considerate and patient but the lack of communication is really concerning. It’s clear they don’t care for the patients.
I’m not too sure what to do at this point it’s affecting my performance at university and feel hopeless. I fear the only option I’m left with is to reach out to my Gp and get them to refer me to another provider.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Support During ADHD Titration
I received my ADHD titration care under Ash (Ashraf Danga), and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He was incredibly patient, supportive and understanding throughout the entire process.
Ash took the time to listen carefully, explain how each medication worked, and guide me safely through each adjustment. I never felt rushed during appointments and always felt heard and reassured.
His approach was both professional and genuinely caring, which made such a difference while navigating ADHD treatment and finding the right medication and dosage for me. Thanks to his guidance, I came away from titration feeling much more confident and informed about my treatment.
I’m very grateful for the support I received and would highly recommend Ash to anyone going through ADHD titration.

All through the process of diagnosis and obtaining medication, the staff at Care ADHD have been amazing particularly Zeeshan Iqbal, who has been understanding and patient and has replied very quickly to all of my emails and questions. The waiting lists are long everywhere you go but the communication and reassurance has been second to none. I have recommended Care ADHD to everyone I know who is waiting for a diagnosis
