Will not buy again.
I will start with, 'for once, I wished I had checked Trustpilot before buying the product'.
I have two cats and have had cats almost forever, so pretty certain I know more or less anything about them.
They enjoy their current food and I always buy a good premium brand. I was in my local supermarket recently and noticed the NOOD brand with its attractive packaging and claims to be a premium product. So I bought a pack to give my two a try on something different. They are not overly fussy and will in the end find a way of eating most food stuffs offered to them.
Well my first impression after opening the NOOD product, was it didn't smell that good but cast that thought aside and offered a quantity to my cats. They didn't even give it a chance, not even to lick the gravy, which as any cat owners know, is odd. Well over the following few days tried again and the same reaction, completely uninterested. There is clearly something they find unpleasant about it.
As NOOD was purporting to represent a premium pet food item, I honestly thought they would be interested in my feedback.
Their response was quite generic and almost scientific in that it should be offered gradually. They are missing the point, the gradual introduction moreso relates to reducing upset stomach. Gradual or not, my two would reject this food in any case. No offer of any refund etc or goodwill. The response in my opinion was devised by a non pet owner.
Product in question was Premium Dinners with Chicken in gravy.
So from my observations and opinion, I do not recommend this product.
Not good for my cat
I wanted to try something new. Unfortunately after a week my cat got allergy reaction 🤷♀️ i am happy though for other cat owners

Bought Nood cat food and like others found the package to contain dog food. Contacted Nood and provided requested information. After writing original review we did receive a refund. However, I had to delete my original review as the reply from Nood contained details of my email address which I did not want publishing on the site. I think the company needs to review their data protection procedures.

Don't buy Nood Cat Food
Still waiting for my refund for the two bags of Nood cat food that contained dog food! I see that there have been loads of other victims!
It is now 3 weeks since I complained and despite providing my refund details, at their request, I am yet to receive a penny!
Appalling customer service!

What's in the bag?
Like others have said. The cat food is more like dog food. My healthy, senior outdoor cat ate her kibble readily (she'll eat anything) but after a while I noticed her stools were dark and loose. Her coat condition became very poor. I put her back onto the usual supermarket brand and within days she was back to her old self. My conclusion is that this food doesn't contain what it says it does either nutrition wise or calorie wise.

After using felix as good as it gets…
After using felix as good as it gets for 15 years, my cats started refusing the food, and being sick, I threw so much food away, or gave it to foxes. I tried nood wet food and oh my goodness, my cats could not eat it fast enough, they absolutely devoured it and spent ages preening themselves afterwards, I almost cried with happiness, I will recommend it to all who cats. Thank you so much from my cats and myself. Can I ask maybe if you could make larger boxes, maybe mixed of the flavours. Thank you from a very happy cat lover

Dog food found in Nood dry cat food
Bought a bag of Nood cat food at Tesco. Opened it and started giving it to our cat. Just to realise it’s dog food in the bag. It must have been an error made at the factory. Made our cat really unwell. Tried to contact Nood to tell them of error. No reply. Threw away our Tesco receipt. So no way of returning it. Very disappointed in product and customer service.

Affordable, well reviewed for nutrition.
So many bad reviews for this dog food when it sounds like a lot of people didn't transition their dog over gradually. Its the one food my dog has consistently enjoyed, we've swapped between many from Skinners to the more premium brands which he goes off of. He's happy and healthy on this, and a good weight and has been on this consistently for 6 months. It's also well reviewed for nutrition considering the price tag on All About Dog Food.
My cat loves this food
My cat loves this food and i have to travel up to the north to get it which is a pain. Dying for it to be sold in ROI.
My dog has had diarrhea due to this food
My dog has been on this food for about 10days to two weeks, i noticed she had soft stall last 24 hours she has been having diarrhea cant even hold her self to get out the door. I will be binning the bag of food as I will not give it to another dog to be ill. I know it's not her getting used to the food. I will avoid this food from now on and anyone else.

Has really helped my cat’s sensitive stomach
Had my two BSHs on Royal Canin Gastrointestinal, as one of them has a sensitive stomach. However, it’s unreasonably expensive. A friend said to try Nood, which is fairly priced and can be purchased at the supermarket. If anything, my sensitive cat’s stomach is even better and they love it. I have them on the wet pouch and am transitioning them to the dry as well.

NOOD Pet Food has won my heart with its ethical sourcing practices
NOOD Pet Food has won my heart with its ethical sourcing practices. The fact that the meat is ethically sourced eases my conscience while feeding my pets. Not only that, but they adore the taste. This small change in their diet makes a big difference for their well-being and for our planet. A conscious choice is a win for everyone.
not a good experience at all
my cats used to love nood biscuits and then they stopped become available in New Zealand and then a couple days ago I found back on the supermarket shelf with new recipes new ingredients on it so I grabbed it for my cats and now both my cats have diarrhoea and they also pooping blood I am taking them to the vets this afternoon but I am almost certain it is because of this food

Immediately poorly cat
Like so many others this caused immediate problems for my cat. I bought it to replace her previous dry food which is only available at Pets at Home so I wanted something nutritious that I could get at Tesco. Offered it to her for breakfast alongside her usual wet food and she had diarrhea 30mins later for the first time in her 4 years. Didn't worry too much until I read the other reviews. Straight in the bin and back to Hills.
