Bought a pouch of the dry cat food
I tried to introduce the food mixing 80% of their normal food and 20% nood
Within 24 hours one cat had liquid diarrhoea
I diluted the mix adding in more of their regular food
Within 36 hours I had four cats with liquid diarrhoea
Standard response from nood is take your pet to the vet for a health check !!
I wouldn't even risk putting it out for the fox, it went straight in the bin (green recycling)

Wet cat food pouches chicken in jelly
Wet cat food pouches chicken in jelly - adult cat loves it and began to get better from a lingering illness within 48 hours. Fantastic. Also feel great knowing it is ethically sourced. Looking at the other reviews- they seem ridiculous compared to my experience...nothing but positives for this food.
Made our cat sick
Our 1 year old cat isn’t fussy, he’ll eat anything. After giving Nood Premium Chicken a go, he started puking his food up for a few days. He’s never been sick before and only eats dry food, so it couldn’t have been anything else. I’ve had to throw the whole bag away sadly…

My 21 year old cat LOVES the chicken with gravy. He licks the bowl spotlessly clean..I am introducing it gradually but he would probably eat it for every meal!!!
Nood dried food for cats
Nood dried food for cats. So, firstly, it smells vile. And then when my cat eats it (he's not a fan!) HE SMELLS! Not the best I'm afraid 😕

Ethical and tasty!
NOOD Pet Food has won my heart with its ethical sourcing practices. The fact that the meat is ethically sourced eases my conscience while feeding my pets. Not only that, but they adore the taste. This small change in their diet makes a big difference for their well-being and for our planet. A conscious choice is a win for everyone.
Don't fall for the chicken deal
Don't fall for the chicken deal, it seems great, until you cook it then realise just how much of that weight is injected water.. Far worse than any supermarket bought chicken i've had, and this is consistantly, not just a one off.
Mince is a bit poor, just a beef mush ball, gone back to supermarket fo that too.
Cheap gammon steaks are great, along with the service / shipping.
Other than these, and overall..
I only ever buy nood dry cat food now…
I only ever buy nood dry cat food now mine usually never touches his dry but seems to really like it!
My cats love it
My cats love it. Really shiny healthy coats, vets even comment on it. Reasonably priced - would like more flavours of wet in the uk to give them that variety.
My cats like the nood
My cats have been on the nood for months and seem to like it a lot more than their precious dryfood which was whiskas.
No problems, just wish it was stocked in more places than just Tesco. Be handy if Amazon had it.
They like it. No sick here.
First of all, never had any problems.
Reading these reviews I do wonder if any of you allow 10 days to gradually bring it into their diet, if you dont they will be sick like people say. I read people have swapped their wet food for this because their cat is bored?! Cats need both wet and dry, especially wet for hydration. I also dont see why it would give scabs, my two cats dont have scabs. They seem to really like it. I wake up to empty bowls most days. I feel people are blaming the food for their own errors.
It could be cheaper but I get what you pay for, least hope we do
Don’t buy this!
Bought it for my Beagle. The day she started eating this her stomach wasn’t well. She kept on vomiting and was having diarrhoea with blood! She wasn’t herself at all, very sad and constantly sleeping. After changing back to Orijen and wet Naturo, everything came back to normal.

Just another corrupt pet food company…
Just another corrupt pet food company trying to peddle what they believe is healthy for cats.....Luther vommited up both beef and lamb varieties of their 'grass fed' (apparently ??) range, back to good ole Whiskas stuffs as usual 🤙🏻

Changed to this after seeing it in…
Changed to this after seeing it in Tesco for my cat to have a change. She's been so sick every since changing. Massive scabs all over her body and face. Took her off the food and healing. Wish I had read these reviews first.

Do not recommend,
I’ll be honest… none of our pets will eat this food. Unsure whats in it or why (this brand isn’t cheap) we gave the bag away to someone who was feeding kittens who had been abandoned and even they wouldn’t eat it.

Our American Bulldog girl here in New…
Our 5year old American Bulldog girl here in New Zealand has been off Tux biscuits and has been on Nood's Wild-Caught Salmon kibble for around a month and she loves it! Her stools are always perfectly formed and textured yay! Her skin allergies haven't kicked in again yet so that is a bonus too. Thanks Nood!!! Kiwi dogs love your product!
Wonderful food no nasties and fair pricing. Recommended by Bean and Boo
Our little rescue dog who is almost 9 now, has only a few teeth and has awful trouble eating small kibble, has no problems eating her NOOD time 😂.
She knows the name and looks forward to her evening dinner.
I buy the small bite chicken one for her and our other rescue mini schnauzer who eats up at a more steady pace.
Their has been no getting used to this food, no upset stomach or hurling and they look very healthy.
The price paid for this NOOD food is very fair too, we have used some well known high end foods that while have good ingredients the price paid always leave a bitter taste to the purchaser.
Hope the Nood Food company continues to grow and develop great dog and cat food and keep prices fair to themselves and the purchaser.
Thank you for my Noods from Bean and Boo
Skin condition sorted in weeks!!
Out gorgeous doggie was suffering with a skin condition and really bald and patchy. After only 2 weeks on Nood we could see a difference. Now 2 months on she is back to her normal self. Even the vet can’t believe the transformation. Thank you Nood!!
Nood Dog Dry Cage-Free Chicken Recipe with Superfoods
This product has some bold claims on its packaging and bright colour photos to reinforce these messages. Consider 'Packed with superfoods and probiotics'. The pack images shows what looks like a breast of chicken, slices of sweet potato, slices of carrot, whole blueberries, whole peas in the pod (mangetout?), slices of apple, leaves of spinach and a leaf of peppermint, some oil, oats and a yellow powder. Makes it look as though these ingredients are in the product to a significant percentage. However the details on the ingredient panel quickly disabuses you of that suggestion. Those pictured ingredients are actual in the following percentages Fresh Chicken (14%), Whole Peas (10%), Split Peas, (not specified)Oats, Salmon Oil (0.5%), Blueberry (0.01%), Sweet Potato (0.01%), Carrot (0.01%), Spinach (0.01%), Green Peas (0.01%), Apple (0.01%), Turmeric (0.01%), Althea, Peppermint (0.01%). On this basis I feel that the images used have misrepresented the reality of what is in the product. The headline claims that it contains superfoods is true, but 'packed with'!? As well as my selected list above there are other ingredients listed including maize, barley, dried beet pulp, dried chicory root, but none of these have their percentages present. The pricing currently 1.42kilo at £5.50 makes it (to me) a mid priced product but it certainly seems to over promise and under deliver.
Our dog will currently devour it so it is a winner for him but have I been seduced by the packaging and resulted in not feeding him as well as I thought?
